I miss my longer recaps but there isn't enough hours in the day. On the to-do list is Andre's part in the first day of Melanie's trial, ND-Nightsparrow's logs after Zirgei brought her back online last night, a more than week old story about Andre introducing the Omega task force to Nadia, a few articles for Scrapbook that might be related to Crown, a few journal entries, GM'ing the investigations about Jiffy's dead and directing now a full staff of a paper as they resume Jiffy's investigations. How do people with even more active alts handle the load?
Coile's whereabouts from last night were documented by others so a brief look at Zirgei.
Andre's father Zirgei Kraft has yet to return to his robot farm after the foiled wedding. He has been fiddling with ND-Nightsparrow, a hybrid between ND-2 frame that used to be a mother to Andre and Andrea and NIGHTSPARROW AI / personality emulation that Darksparrow carried in her head when she came back through time. The ND-N had been failing and crashing a lot and Zirgei promised to fix her.
Now, almost two weeks later the task is done and ND-N is operational. Save, almost all of her memory modules have been detached and thus unaccessible. All the modules have now been stored in the physical area of the positronic brain that Zirgei calls 'the ND core'. It is supposedly purged of previous progtramming, but still there are anomalous spikes of weird communication that refer to protecting Andre and Andrea, 'the young masters'.
While discussing the changes Zirgei inquired what was NIGHTSPARROW's agenda in this time. Darksparrow was here to prevent the dark future where she came from, even if it meant gutting her grandfather Andre whom the rumours blamed for pretty much everything. Zirgei suggested that if Melanie was sentenced for the crimes she would rot in a prison until the new Rikti invasion. Maybe NIGHTSPARROW was here to change history so that Melanie would not lose her family for years and years.
Darksparrow contacted her C14 computer and asked for an analysis. The results: with 86% certainty this indeed is ND-Nightsparrow's goal right now. With 91% NIGHTSPARROW in the future orchestrated the Jondalh attack on resistance command center only to force Darksparrow to compress the AI and take it with her through time.
A charming family. Supposedly Coile will be responsible for the whole Jondalh invasion and Nightsparrow will sacrifice part of the resistance movement to further her personal goals. Not that the granddaughter Angelique or the family's grand old man Zirgei are that much better.
Zirgei promised to bring back online ND-N's memory module regarding the trial because Darksparrow saw it furthering also her own goals. So, now the AI with secret agendas is back on with weird remains of Coile's and Coila's mother interfering with the tasks.
A few interesting questions can be brought up. Will ND-N attempt to alter the history and what happend if anything should she succeed? Is the ND core active by some anomalous error or by some sinister design of Zirgei? Is the Hand of Andros willing to leave unpredictable temporal warriors run around unchecked or have they in truth already excerted control over the whole matter from the shadows? And, with the most crucial memory modules now attached back, what will ND-Nightsparrow intend to do? Will there be a bodycount, and how high? One vigilante is now in prison, will there now be a schizophrenic vigilante AI with an alien tech combat frame filling the niche?
Time will tell.
Friday night. Ellie and hr friend Hannah went clubbing for the evening, leaving Ellie's other half, Jess at home. (Jess and Hannah went out the previous Friday.) Jess's isn't much of a nightclub person so they painted the town an assortment of colours without her!
They hit a couple of clubs, and in one of them; Sapphos, who should they see but Nene and Jane Darc.. Slow dancing together!! 
One has to wonder about those two! Wonder if Jared knows?
Anyway, after much dancing and several drinks, the two girls decided to head back.

Nightschild ran into a crisis at Pocket D last night, as the situation with Lady Patriot's doppelganger, Fallen Patriot, took a deadly turn.
Nick and Roselin Thorne had talked with Sarah about a double of her that had been seen about Paragon City and the Rogue Isles. Sarah2, who Nick and Rose had also met, had recently caused trouble for Sarah by robbing a bank in Paragon City, which wasn't a good thing given that she's a member of The Militia. The two had both complained of strange fainting spells, and seemed to recall events that had happened to the other one.
Roselin had discovered that Sarah2 was working with Feyth, an individual that seems to have a grudge against Sarah, and who was responsibloe for Sarah2 robbing the bank. Deciding it would be a good thing to separate them, Rose paid for a hotel room for Sarah2 and offered to support her, thus removing the need for her to work for Feyth.
It seems that Feyth has found out about this, and wasn't pleased. She tracked down Sarah2 and stabbed her, leaving her to slowly bleed to death. In Pocket D, Sarah suddenly started bleeding heavily out of a wound that appeared on her side.
Desperately trying to stop the bleeding, Roselin found that her healing powers weren't working- the wound re-formed as fast as she healed it. Nick guessed that it was Sarah2 who'd been hurt, and that they would both need healing for anything to work. He used his own magic in an improvised ritual (something he'd avoided doing since the Fuchsia affair) to draw life-force from Rose and send it into Sarah, then down whatever link connected them to Sarah2.
The ritual was a success, and both girls were healed. A few side effects were noted- Nick's powers come from his Succubus mother, and he'd been drawing the life-force from a woman who lusts after Sarah. Consequently, both Sarahs were in a rather "excitable" state after the transfer, but their lives were saved.
Nick immediately left for the Rogue Isles to find Sarah2. She was alive anhd well, and Feyth was nowhere to be seen.
Last night:
Tomosha administered a cure obtained from the GX-X Scotbot to Dr Richard Westminster after having it attuned to his particular biology. As bone flaked off she helped to stimulate new skin growth and advised him to rest, eat plenty for energy and avoid painkillers for a month.
Yesterday...
A successful raid of a penthouse hotel suite in Talos Island resulted in the rescue of: Four (unnamed) pretty young women, plus Victoria Valentino and Samantha Huntington.
I would like to thank (by character and in no particular order): Veskit, Lu, Alfred, Kit, Callista, Iris, Cloe, Jolanda, Sophie, Wild Child (last minute addition, but welcome 
), Joseph and Volt, and if I've forgotten anyone, my apologies, but I have a pathetic memory at the best of times, and I was trying to keep track of way too many things yesterday.
The rescue also resulted in the (apparent) destruction of Andrew Martin (also known as the villain Psychonova), who, after Jolanda shot him in the head (and Joseph groined him with a stone axe... it seems people were a little annoyed with him. I wonder why?), was determined to be like Richard - and was at risk of exploding. Richard stepped to the fore and absorbed him (and is now a little overweight, so if he glows lots, that's why).

You are cordially invited to attend the farewell gathering of Professor Alfred Bester, this Friday the 9th of February, at Psyche House ('The Tower') in Steel Canyon. Professor Bester is returning to London during this month and wishes to say goodbye to his friends and acquaintances in an informal and enjoyable way.
However, this shall be a festive occasion. Food and drink will be provided free of charge, as well as entertainment. A wide variety of alcohol will be availiable, but bringing one's own is not discouraged. The recommended dress code shall be fancy dress, or a costume party as better known in the United States. However, this is not required.
The building's doors will unlock at 8.30pm, with the official start of the event at 9pm. The party will continue until everyone has either left or passed out.

Kind of a busy few days, villian side of things. Yesterday Echo underwent a ritual to remove the demon left in her she'd only just come to realise her previous 'improvised' transmute from demon back to human never worked to well Nightblood was the person Echo went to for help she knows far more about anything demonic and alot more about magic than Echo does, before it went underway she phoned her husband to be Big Lunk to watch, the ritual went underway and the demon is thought to have been removed, later that night her and Lunk went to D's except it seemed like the party had been ripped out of Echo she wasnt her flirty talkative typical self, she headed home early and Tormentress decided to follow her being one of Echos trusted friends. Lunk remained at the club for some time before returning home to meet Echo and Tress talking, Echo still seeming in a state of depression. (nicknamed Echmo in OOC chat ) Echo asked Tress to leave basically because Lunk would be angry if the two were seen together, Tress took it badly and left in a huff... later on Echo cried herself to sleep.
Next morning she woke up feeling a little better, first thing she done was phone Lunk. He didnt pick up, Echo kept calling and eventually smashed her comms unit in frustration. She headed out to the only place she finds comfortable in these times being the large tree looking out over the sea in St. Martial she sat meditating for some time till her phone rang once, she rang Big Lunk back immediatly talked for a while seeming furious eventually throwing her phone out into the sea. He arrived shortly after knowing himself Echo goes there to try and relax, the two talked for some time before things were ironed out Echo telling him that she wasnt afraid of a certain bad memory and that she still feels it spreading inside of her the demon no doubt. She began acting herself again the two made up and headed to D's... In the club Echo rang Tress using Lunks phone, she wanted to talk. Instead of staying with her partner in the club she headed back to base where Tress said she'd be, the two talked things were getting awkward for Echo but she tried being a friend as much as she could. It was later clear there isnt much she could do to help, so her and Tress returned to D's Echo started to drink a little too much and after such a ritual probably isnt the clever thing to do Nightblood walked into the bar telling Echo that drinking wont make things better and that she was foolish to do so, it ended up with Tress eventually leaving, Lunk and Nightblood talking with each other downstairs out of the way, Echo fell asleep on the couch Number Nine watching her breifly before heading to the bar. Lunk later returned picked Echo up and took her home.
Last night...
Roselin met with Sarah2 in Pocket D and chatted a little about how they were. Then Roselin asked if she'd mind a private chat and they talked about some of the problems with Sarah1 and 2, other complications and such.
Later that evening Roselin took Sarah2 home for a drink and to give her the costume she ordered for her to wear while keeping under Feyth's radar. Also a useful tool was given to Sarah2 that no doubt saw use right after she got 'home' after leaving Rose's.

Last night!
Fusebox arrived with Minako and the two chatted about Life, the Universe and Everything else, before finding Miss Ellie trying to get drunk. Hannah and Mina talked her out of it, gave her hugs and talked things over before Ellie went home. The two girls then continued their chat, before Mina had to head home for school in the morning.
Monday:
Madame Midknight turned up to chat to Coile and Star Crusader, as well as then later talking to Lady Patriot, Roselin Thorne, Energyneer, Mesoc, Jaik... something, and some others. With the lack of a barperson, Jane hopped over the bar and started to serve drinks, before getting called away to battle crime. She also let Coile in on the fact that she was dead, served a zombie to Mesoc, and pointed out a blue liquid as being Romulan Blue Ale.
Later on, Jane turned up again and chatted to Rapacity about magic, undeath and things in general, and also briefly spoke to... someone, name begining Fle... I think, and someone else, before heading home to feed her cat familiar, Rheu.
Sunday:
Nene met Andre and Sword of Truth in Pocket D, and had a drink with them, along with chatting to Diana and many others. The Silent Tempest disappeared halfway through the night, and Nene headed up to speak to Fallen Patriot and Roselin Thorne, before going to find the Silent Tempest members and chat to them, giving Coile some information about someone who was looking for info about the death of Jiffy Blakes.
Jan Boa is out of jail and chatted to Roselin Thorne a bit, before heading off.
Tonight, Red Commissars pet and dragon companion was attacked and horribly injured by a flame of BurningHeat under the possible assumption she had to done something to Vicky who was at hospital due to the rescue of Sam.
Red took the crippling news quite badly, things made worse for him when Vicky admitted there was a dragon egg of mysterious origin.
Red was helped by Drade, Sera, Cloe and Calista during the evening as Bobs body was stored in the Hunters Hall in deep freeze. Drade isn't even sure if Bob is dead.
RC spent the rest of the evening getting horribly drunk in a seedy Kings Row bar in Little Moscow.
Last night was a very busy night in Pocket D, tons of people there! Which oddly made it hard for me to get into conversations with people at points. You'd think it'd be the other way around.
Jan Boa turned up to find a longbow agent in Pocket D. She was rather nervous, until Freja said she was off duty. Jan then got into a conversation with the Longbow agent about her work, and a possible job for her gathering information. Freja was exchanging sarky comments with Echo Hammer, Rapacity and Big Lunk, before getting a duty call to head off.
Jan then started talking to Phonos, who was rather surprised at Jan being a halfbreed. After a while, Jan made her excuses and left.
Number Nine turned up briefly for a drink, saying hi to Winter Heart and chatting to Phonos about her abilities as a chronomanipulator, and the bonus of a quick costume change that grants. She spoke to Vigilante Storm and was rather shocked to hear that Coile had disappeared. Nene soon had to dash off to aid a friend, and left.
Storm Sapphire turned up and ordered a beer, before heading away from the main bar to a quiet one where Roselin Thorne, Nightschild, Lady Patriot and others were. Sitting at a booth, she sipped at her beer before slumping over, looking rather depressed and upset. After a while, she picked herself up and left with a glum expression.
Austin F. Pacat, a successful lawyer turned up and ordered a rather expensive bottle of champange, and got chatting to Phonos, giving him a glass of champange and talked about buisness. Austin seemed to be a rather pleasant man, for a lawyer, though Tormentress cryptically told Phonos to 'not judge a book by its cover'. When she had left, Austin smirked and said 'read the blurb'. They chatted some more, before Phonos headed home, and Austin found himself with more champange than he could drink. Asking around at the bar, no one else was interested, so he headed to the other bar. Roselin and Sarah were just leaving, so he chatted to Nightschild and Rapacity a bit about law, the Nightsparrow trial, gave Rapacity his buisness card and chatted with Nick about the law and superhumans, both having similar viewpoints. Tiredness and drink soon started to overcome Austin, and he bid his farewell. Nick said that it was the most unpleasant time he had spent in the company of a lawyer.
Soon as Echo got up she phoned Rapacity about a personal item, she was pretty happy that it was being delivred to her apartment, after that her and Big Lunk got together and headed for D's, Echo with a wad of cash in hand. She paid Silvana/Rapacity first thing and then sat down with her drink talking to Freja Torsdotter a Longbow member by the looks of it, they exchanged insults and teases until she left. Echo was then wound up about something that happend in her past to do with TerrorRat something along the lines of "I had my butt slapped by a huge rat" she giggled it off. She then talked to Winter Heart breifly mainly being flirty and then later Vigilante Storm she found out about Coiles' dissappearence supposidly he's been gone longer than 72 hours now. Her and Lunk then headed home, the following morning Echo woke with a huge bruise just below her hip, clearly visible if she never covred her thighs.

I'm pretty certain it was "The LEAST unpleasant time spent in the company of a Lawyer", but go with what you recall... 
Yesterday
(part1)
Roselin arrived in Paragon as a business tourist. As such she did some sight seeing and met with some business contacts.
No, she did not rob a bank, a competitive jewellery store or what ever!
Funny thing about the jewellery market in Port Oakes (and surrounding islands) is that the stores generally do more purchases then sales there. This has to be balanced, so the sales must be elsewhere.
Later in the day she went to an appointment she made with Mister James Patriot, the father of Sarah (Lady) Patriot, to sell the centre piece of her collection to sell. It was a magical sword which was embellished and empowered through the use of gems, making it also Roselins field.
After some amicable chatting they got down to business and Roselin managed to get a bigger profit then she had thought possible

Afterwards they chatted some more, mostly about Sarah and the problems surrounding her.
Sarah keeps a lot of secrets, it seems
but then James is keeping secret that hes back in the heros saddle.
At one point James asked a serious question

Mister Patriot: *lightens up and grins* Yes, she's always been a bit of a wallflower.. I'm actually quite glad she went out heroing. I was the same before I starting punching things.
Roselin Thorne: *laughs* Really? You?

Yesterday

Roselin made her way in to Pocket D from the hero entrance. Having no licence, she was give a token that stated she entered there, so could leave through there as well.
She met Sarah and Nick at the bar and they chatted a little about how they were before relocating because of the crowd, which was in Nicks eyes the reason hes only OK and nod good.
They relocated to the smaller bar at the back, which lacked a bartender
Roselin got behind the counter and started serving them drinks as they talked. She was feeling generous after her big score.
The three of them chatted about just about anything except Sarahs current run of problems.
As the evening passed on, people arrived and joined the chatting, after being offered drinks by Roselin. Roselin was slightly amazed by the number of people who didnt want alcohol, and thus declined a drink stating that but then took one of Roselins non-alcoholic suggestions. (She did ask for $50 for an orange juice, which was funny for a moment ) Meanwhile, Sarah became more and more uncomfortable about Roselin
Which was to do with Sarah2s time chatting and receiving two gifts at Roses apartment.
Nick noticed something was off with Sarah, and investigated and relayed to Rose that Sarah was uncomfortable about her
Roselin took Sarah aside for a private chat in which they worked out some if not most of their issues. They went back up to say goodbye to Nick and co before heading off together.

Yesterday!
Echo woke up, showering putting on her comms the first thing she hears is Laugh Riot talking amoungst fighting then a huge explosion. Supposidly a tonne generator blowing up in his face, it turned his glasses to dust, that was about it. He had more to come and invited Echo and Big Lunk along a raid on portal corps. They all went there and got the job done destroying quite a few expensive pieces of machinery. Later on another group gets together Tormentress, Operative Rickman aswell as Lunk and Echo they all head to D's and have a drink away from the main bar, after the normal talk and Echo and Lunk all over one another, Rick leaves, and Tress is interrupted by Wolf Spider Rika she tells Tress that Arachnos wants a word the group leave and head to base talking things over with Rika handing over information for money while Echo and Lunk wonder what Tress could of done to really aggrivate Arachnos, Tress and Rika later leave seeming to organise payment Echo and Lunk with slightly curious expressions...
Azure Sting dies! Jiffy Blakes's murderer exposed! Amber Banshee bears her soul! Love Angel approaches the president of the United States! Sabrina San hunted! Nightsparrow released to nome arrest! Coile and Sword of Truth disappear! Andre and Nadia elope to another dimension! Diana gets a visit from a Woman in Black!

Saturday night was not a good night for Sarah "Lady" Patriot.
It started quite well. Sarah arrived in Pocket D meeting Arrow Flame for the first time in ages. Her boyfriend, Shydow Flysh arrived shortly after, and seemed very distant and his voice trailed off every now and then. Sarah was worried, and after he left, felt extremely sad suddenly. Nightschild arrived after Sarah had run off crying, and was worried when she came back. He decided to phone the alternate Sarah to see if she had anything to do with this sudden sadness.
As he was talking, Shydow Flysh arrived again, telling Sarah he was angry because of 'Dragonfly and Genesis Blade's escape to other dimensions, an idea which he didn't seem terribly fond of.
Nightschild finished his phone call to the other Sarah, and revealed that she was thinking about her dead family, and that this Sarah was not as emotionally hardened as her alternate counter-part. This didn't stop Sarah from feeling sad, however. Shydow Flysh ran off, leaving Sarah and Nightschild on their own. Nightschild then recieved a text message from his girlfriend, Zeyna. Sarah was left on her own with Arrow Flame, and decided to leave. She ran off, telling Nightschild that she'd had enough.
Sarah has suffered a breakdown due to stress from the alternate Sarah, her relationship with Roselin Thorne and Shydow Flysh, and being pursued by the PPD. She is currently not answering her phone, or any comm units.

Another night of usual mayhen with Winter and Pyranha occurred this Friday when they totally took over the bar in Pocket D. None was safe from their wit and puns as no subject was too delicate or radical. The brunt was felt by everyone who had not the presence of mind to evacuate immediately upon contact. Such victims were aplenty.
Two people who had it the easiest were Phonos and Stygian Minx, both of whom made it quickly to Winter's and Pyr's casual friends list. Or maybe they had it the hardest - they were sucked headlong into the random madness that is even hardly the whole spectrum of insanity that is widely known as the Ghost Tiger Investigations Show.
How goofy do you have to be to set your own hat to fire? At least that kind of a guy can't be a ninja. And remember! Never smile to a ninja! Or even a topless French ninja with a beret.
Now, some may point out that there are no topless French ninjas with a beret. All that I can say is, "so do YOU think!" Isn't that one of the best disguises for a ninja? And the topic of the night was set. There were ninjas everywhere. Everyone's a ninja! But how to improve the wackyness? Ninjas carry only so far.
But wait! There was Pyranha! Winter! Phonos! Styx! (Winter nicknamed her, so sue her - would just be one more charge on her rap sheet.) Four members of their very own ninja clan, the green clan of half-shelled heroes who like pizza!
TURTLE POWER!
Pyranha became the leader of them all, Leonardo, armed with a sharp katana. Winter wanted to be Donatello but was tagged to be Raphael, anti-heroish troublemaker armed with sais. She was down with that, and as it turned out it wasn't the only thing she went down on. Phonos got to be Donatello, the least agressive and smart alec of the group possessing a long quarterstaff called bo, which became a source of endless amusement. Styx was Michelangelo with nunchas, the easy going adventurous comic relief. Familiar who arrived later was quickly named Splinter, the revered teacher and father figure to the gathered turtles.
Amidst the kookiness something troublesome was brewing. Faithful to Victorian era practice Winter announced having to go to powder her nose (well, snout, she's prone to anachronisms) and left for ladies' room. However the best lies are hidden behind the truth and there really was some business with a nose and some powder.
When the night grew old and people were leaving Winter's and Styx's mild flirt throughout the evening reached the point where somewhing either would happen or not. When it looked like Winter was going to leave with the goth girl Pyr wanted a brief word with her best friend. She wanted to know if Winter really was using despite all of her promises to the contrary. She kept also wondering where Winter got the money, and where did she buy her drugs. Both actually valid questions.
Winter assured that she was not hooked, she just used every now and then. Less than once a week. It was under control, really. Pyr was less than convinced and positively not happy. As her monetary sources Winter named first her wage from Ghost Tiger but apparently realized that Pyr knew exactly how much the firm was paying to which employee and added that she was using her mother's savings account. Something that Pyr called stealing while Winter maintained her mom wasn't using the money anyway and would give it to her daughter.
Having no further will to argue Pyr let her friend go on her way. Winter looked up Styx who was waiting by the doors and followed her to a place in Kings Row. She left only late in the morning as she likes to sleep long. No exact details of the night are available but since Styx has some regenerative abilities her approach to pain has been slightly tilted from the norm, and Winter being high was open for some exploration.
All that and now Winter has magic that can't be confiscated just by taking a ring away. I know, I know, I've said it before but I just like saying it. Winter likes it too.
