Best movie scrapper moments.

Just watched Braveheart yesterday and it reminded me of scrappers. Like when the british general kills wallace's lady then says 'let this scrapper come to me', so wallace shows up, with a full team of scrappers, goes scrapper-lock and wipes everyone out. What are your favorite movie scrapper moments?

The last scene in "the one" when jet li was sent to that prision world and all of the prisioners was looking at him like he was fresh meat and he stands on that plat form and says, "I am Yu Law. I am nobody's b****. You are mine. It is not me who needs to know who you are. You are the ones who need to know who I am!" Then starts to beat the crap out of everyone that runs up. That ends up being everyone on the planet.

Mel Gibson is pretty scrapperish in his movies: Braveheart, The Patriot, Lethal Weapon, etc

I think he displayed very scrapperish tendencies in Payback. I mean, come on, he had his toes smashed with a hammer.

Willpower has more passive regen than Regen does. Who thought that was a good idea?

Can we get a fix for Energy Melee instead of more new sets?

pretty much any violent scene in Equalibriam

The more people I meet, the more I'm beginning to root for the zombies.

I'm gonna throw in the end of Serenity, when River seals herself in the room with the invading Reavers.

How about Liam Neeson in Rob Roy he is going up against a better fighter on his last leg then he reaches up grabs the sword and strikes him down. The oh I should have died but won moment

You might consider the fight scene between Tyler Durden and himself as one

I'm a sucker for X-Men's Wolverine. They could seriously make 2 or 3 more origin movies just on him and I'd be happy. When he goes feral, he epitomizes scrapper-ness.

The Crow, the scene above the bar with the band playing below. “You're all going to die.” (4:10 if you want to skip right to the violence)

[/ QUOTE ]

Great scene for sure. Brandon Lee was definately more scrapper like in Rapid Fire, though(just meaning less ranged attacks).

My favorites include: Much of Kung Fu Hustle, both for entertainment value, and some nifty Martial Arts. And most Jackie Chan movies for the same reason, especially Drunken Master, and Rumble in the Bronx(pretty terrible movie, superior fighting).

Indeed. Also the bar fight towards the beginning of the movie.

It's a bit newer but I'm gonna throw out Optimus Prime in Transformers two. When he says "I'll take you all on!" and then pulls out the second sword and freaking destroys every deceptacon on screen. I was in my seat cheering.

I'm a big Dual Pistols + Katana + Martial Arts scrapper fan. And the Dual Pistols attacks weren't much more than the seven feet of most scrapper attacks. Besides, they were borrowed pistols. He didn't come in with any weapons. They must have been temp powers.

Rapid Fire was fun too. Ditto Kung Fu Hustle, Drunken Master, while Rumble in the Bronx sucked, the fighting was fun.

Hmmm, with customizable powers, I'm going to need to finally start a Martial Arts scrapper.

This may be one a lot do not know about, but I like Rowdy Roddy Piper in John Carpenter's They Live!!!. He goes into a bank and says, "I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick [censored]...and I'm all out of bubblegum." He then uses a shotgun (OK, blaster like), and shoots a bunch of aliens.

This type of movie quote really captured the essence of scrapperdom than statements like that.

I'm going to second Brandon Lee in The Crow as a Dark Melee scrapper, but with another quote. Eric Draven states as he is close to death... "I have something to give you. I don't want it anymore. Thirty hours of pain all at once, all for you."

Best Scrapper moment to me is from a cult Korean classic called OLDBOY. Basically, OLDBOY gets a hammer and is stuck in a hallway with well, everyone. He basically fights his way through and demonstrates what street fighting would look like if it was a power set. He ain't graceful, and takes his hits (willpower), but as you see in the end, he kinda kicks [censored].
