OMG THIS THIS THIS THIS THIS
There are no words for what this community, and the friends I have made here mean to me. Please know that I care for all of you, yes, even you. If you Twitter, I'm MrThan. If you're Unleashed, I'm dumps. I'll try and get registered on the Titan Forums as well. Peace, and thanks for the best nine years anyone could ever ask for.

That is an awesome option. No more fill requests. I probably can get even level AVs without going Invincible from what it sounds like. That feature may be my favorite.
The City of Heroes Community is a special one and I will always look fondly on my times arguing, discussing and playing with you all. Thanks and thanks to the developers for a special experience.
I am so happy you seem to be on the same excitement level as me.
Even my hubs is oddly super excited
Its like endless these things

I know it isn't mentioned, but an option to solo the TFs with EBs rather than AVs is very high on my wish list.

Let's not get crazy now!
Seriously, though, to the best of my knowledge we won't be changing minimum sizes of TF's/SF's. The minimum sizes stand as "warning labels" to newer players that these missions are more difficult/time consuming/whatever than other missions. It's a small, but important function.
EDIT: By the way, in the meeting where this feature was proposed I specifically mentioned that "Perfect Pain is going to love this change." Glad to see, at least on first glance, I was right!

Please reconsider this. There are other options to warn players about the recommended size for TF's. Removing the minimum start requirements would be awesome for those who like to duo or run smaller dedicated teams. It would allow smaller teams that actually want to experience the content the ability to work through at their own pace, rather than deal with the normal rush-through that most TF teams end up being. There would actually be some use of the ability to log off and stay on the TF now too.
Now where's my Martial Arts Brute

I really think the big warning sign could be something else. For example, allow people to run it, but have a box pop-up before accepting the mission that says "This task force is designed to be handle by (howeever-many) people! If you attempt the task force with less than the recommended number, it is possible you will not be able to complete it."
The TF staying the same is fine and reasonable.
I am just giddy that I can bump up the difficulty this way, if only because it will let me stress-test builds.
Also...
PINK BUBBLES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Enhanced Difficulty Options - Players can now fine-tune their difficulty levels by telling the game exactly how they want to be treated. They can choose to be regarded as a specific size team (even if they are soloing), and even have control over the level they are detected to be when it comes to the dynamic spawn system. So if you ever wanted to see if your Scrapper could take on a map that is populated for an 8 person team, four levels higher than your own, now you can! The difficulty settings of the mission owner dictate how the mission is handled, just as before, and you can change your difficulty settings at any Hero Corp.'s Representative in Paragon City or Fateweaver in the Rogue Isles.
