They'll probably increase the recharge time of N-Bolt (to 4 seconds I'd guess), drop the damage scale on Electron Haze, and drop the damage scale on Cosmic Burst (or make the stun non-guaranteed, or both). All in all I'd expect the powers and their order to remain largely the same, it's what they might do to those powers that worries me.

think ill only take 3 of the rad blasts and leave the tier one on auto (firing every other attack)..

what you think about my Neutrino Bolt slotting? I've never been a fan of Deci:chance for BU...but it seems doable in this power..

I even thought of using chance for end drain or chance for heal for 1v1's

Electron Haze is right on par with Fire Breath and Frost Breath.

The AoEs are what makes Rad Blast, IMO. If they gut them, I'll cry weepy tears. Sadly, if they do remove one, it would probably be Irradiate.

You add in the set and modify the numbers by factoring in the Blaster damage modifier.

I did it on one comp, but can't get it to work on this one.

My main is a rad/rad defender. Out of all the sets in the game, I have more experience (125+ levels) with rad than anything else.

I can't wait to make my rad/electric/electric blaster for RV.

TBH? not I. i would have MUCH rather seen dark blast but *shrugs* it is what it is. Im hopping that the damage will be up to par with the other blasts coughpsiblastcough.

I AM pissed that defenders get the shaft once again. traps and AR WTF is that? gimme therm/fire RITE NOA!

I hope they don't. We need other good alternatives than Fire/ for blasters, be it for ST dps or AoE dps. Rad/ dps is already one big step below in both categories... Why should it be nerfed more ?

Tweaking Psi Blast when it got ported to blasters in i12 was probably regarding to PvP balance... Now that PvP changed (collapsed ?) drastically, it's also time to bring back Psi/ to it's full glory on a blaster.

As long as they don't buff it in PvP you can have you Psi/ however you want it.

yeah, fire is too far and away the most damagng blast set. It blows all others away in DPE, DPA and DPS by a long shot....

Perhaps if they took the time to get the other sets up to par, fire wont be thaaat much ahead, and put everything else to shame
