What has happened to this game? (Freedom)

I play on Freedom Server and it seems like this game is scrambled all over the place. Every level is in every zone, normal mish teams are scarce, AE farms are terrible at best, I play siren's call and it used to be booming all day every day. RV is okay. It seems harder to find a team, and pvp is not nearly as populated as it once was.

Basically:

I feel that it is somewhat harder to find a team now than it was four months ago.

I feel that the PvP population has diminished.

I am seriously considering moving to another server, but I enjoy pvp a lot...What server do you use?

If you can't find PvP on Freedom, you won't anywhere.

The game seems like it is going down hill and the updates have been poorly timed and handled.

The boards have been very interesting though. I love reading the suggestion forums and looking at all of the requests for things that the other game is offering.

most of the time i post on the forums i get flamed because apparently this is a perfect game and there is nothing wrong and anytime you are upset or unsatisfied u are looking for an excuse to attack the devs. That is what i call counterproductive.

Virtue is the best server on the whole game.

It's just you. If you cannot get a team nor pvp on Freedom, it's definitely just you.

The population of the game has *increased* measurably and visibly in the time since I13+ has been out. If AE farms are "terrible at best" ... Don't do them.

Start a real team, in the right zone, for your level. Nothing wrong with that.

After sitting on my lvl 18 dom asking lft over and over then trying to form a team but there is either A. no one in the zone at the zone lvl or B. no one willing to team. So i ended up soloing and whaddya know, it is terribly painful...I'd say you have missed your target my friends. Quote me as saying "AE farms are terrible" in the original post.

I'm just kidding, but seriously - try harder, go to another zone and say hey lookin for some folks - let's go!

Or, head down to the Freedom forums, and start a conversation there, join an active supergroup, form tf teams in the forums and head off to the game. You know people here, I hope, and they're way more likely to join a team when they "know" someone outside of just running around in the game.

If the game has increased since i13 I am really not seeing it at all and I am 100% sure I am not alone. How about you go out and check this place out before opening your mouth. Sure, I get a bit of pvp in, but nothing compared to the population that I saw pre-i13 which is funny.

Search: 118 matches. 37, not counting the two marked as not LFT, from 15-20.

One obviously LFT. Even marked that way.
Two specifically marked as not.

Bloody bay - one unhidden lvl 18 stalker. Comment - "LFT!!!"

So what are YOU doing wrong?

BB and cap. Now 3 marked as specifically LFT. Another saying AE Blind Invites Welcome. Others specifically saying "Always LFT," despite beign marked otherwise. And that doesn't count those who are hidden - like the mastermind I'm doing this with.

You can't make a team, you either don't know how to search or arent' trying at all.

Besides the obvious fact that some levels can't get into some hazard zones, the AE has allowed players to team with any level.
If you haven't seen lower leveled players in Peregrine Island begging for farms or PL'ing, -- I have to ask -- where have you been?

I sever jump a lot, but I was on two different PuG teams on Freedom this week and was invited to several more.
Not seeing the scarcity.

I've heard that Infinity was one of the PvP Servers.
I haven't done any PvP for a while though. I have been busy doing other things.

Maybe all that rampant PL'ing in the MA/AE means that the player base that was in Siren's Call is now in Recluse's Victory, Warbug, or the Arena?

I know the plural of anecdote is not data, but my main global channel and the off-site community associated with it has had more new people showing in the last 6 weeks than in the previous six months. We don't advertise and don't recruit - there are enough new folks that they are just finding us. Average channel population is probably up 10-20% over this time last year.
