I can definitely understand that there is a little bit of confusion, so let me do my best to clear things up for you.
EMpulse heads up the OCR department and is our fearless leader.
Avatea, Niviene, and I pretty much do it all and are available to provide whatever support you need, although we each tend to have our own little special areas of concentration. I spend the most time on forum moderation, Niviene does a lot of the web work for our department and helps support the player organizations, while Avatea interacts with the European communities a great deal since she seems to speak every language known to man (well maybe not every language, but a heck of a lot more than I do).

This makes sense... if Mod08 is trying to close out threads, the last thing they need is more attention from being highlighted. It's needed - he's already made a few announcements that Nivene and Ex had to go back and post in to bring them to the tracker's attention because of it. Posts that were not insignificant and were probably seen as needed out there asap, which would be why he posted them.
