Well, TotalVideoGames.com has the info.
I'm pissed. I don't know if that's a forbidden word on the forums or not, but I'm pissed off enough that I don't care. For four years I've wanted to create punching scrappers. The choices have been kicking scrappers (MA) or scrappers with a couple of punch options but mostly debuff/buff/drain powers. For some inane reason, the devs said "Nope, scrappers won't actually punch, I mean, whoever would connect the term scrapping with fighting, only tankers get a punching set, here, have a weapon." There was talk about a Street Fighting powerset, everyone said they wanted it, it would be great...and a couple months ago, Castle said "next set is shields, but that's a long time away. Then a blaster and a controller set" which clearly meant "no punching scrappers"
But then came I12 with Powerset Proliferation. ATs will be able to get access to powersets that they've been denied. Yahoo! Finally I'd be able to get my punching scrapper. Some people talked about Electric melee or Energy melee, which would be tough to have as a natural scrapper, but at least they'd be punching scrappers.
So what do we get? Fire scrappers. Out of 9 powers, TWO are punching.
WTF IS WRONG WITH PUNCHING SCRAPPERS?
My arcs are constantly shifting, just search for GadgetDon for the latest.

It seems like quite a few power sets on that list are real head-scratchers. And there's no real verification about where that list came from. I think I'll wait until gamezone puts up their version of what's to come; at least we know that they're getting info from the source.

How do you hide using electricity? Hmm... I suppose a high-grade stealth suit, with some wiring problems that emit a constant electrical charge, which were kept in place because the charge actually protects the wearer...

lol Time to move that DM/WP to WP/DM and roll up a Bots/Storm MM (Oh, the KB!). I'm mostly curious about what the Mental Manipulation consists of for Blasters. I'm guessing a lot of control-type powers, but it'll be interesting to see the powers in that.
SR for Brutes was a bit of a surprise. I don't know if I'd really enjoy that.

Why is this information being posted on a different website than the initial stuff? Gamezone still doesn't have a follow up article. Are Gamezone and TVG the same people? Additionally, there's nothing in the Announcement forum up about this yet.
I seriously distrust this info.

It's definitely the same stuff, Dr. Brainstorm revealing the powers in story format.
Now here is the thing when it comes to stalkers. What power do you foresee being removed from elec armor to place in hide Lightning Field or Power Sink, hmmmmm? As we all know stalkers never had access to an end draining/restoration power nor a damage aura (which that would make since). Will stalkers finally have the chance to drain/restore end?

Yeah, I read it. And it doesn't read like yesterday's article; the style isn't quite the same. That, combined with the odd in some cases choices for powersets, has me waiting until I read something from the site that Lighthouse specifically linked to before I start shouting from the rooftops.

So they copied and pasted yesterdays article from Gamezone. That doesn't tell us anything. Until I see Redname Confirmation, I'm assuming this "TVG Exclusive" is a hoax.

My mother did that to me one birthday. I was five ... and they wrapped a DISHWASHER BOX, with a huge bow, and my name on it. Can you imagine? Five years old, and staring for days at a present bigger than you are ...?

But finally, OH YES, FINALLY ... it was time ... time for the most glorious birthdaypresent any kid had EVER received, and somehow it was ME getting it! I tore into the wrapping paper - not even stopping when I saw it was a dishwasher (precocious reader that I was), thinking "maybe it's a bike! or one of those kid-sized cARS! wow!!". I finally got the top open, and standing on my tip-toes, peeeeered over teh top ...
... to discover a small, forlorn package, wrapped in birthday paper, down in the corner at the bottom of the huuuuge, and hugely EMPTY, box. Openign it revealed ... a mickey mouse watch. Which I had never asked for, nor especially wanted.
In that moment, I felt an emotion I had never felt before: intense hatred of my own parents. GOD that was such a cruel thing to do.

The kicker is, my mother doesn't remember it at all, anymore.
