It's awesome. 
My tray is full of lvl 3 insp. but I have 28k debt because of SOMEONE that didn't clear but their spawn.

Too bad we can't keep the temp powers after the 14 days...
It's a fun experience as always, but I wish it were taken with a bit more seriousness. The Unseelie Court could definitely use some content attached.
Perhaps add in short-term contacts for future Halloween events?
I could definitely enjoy a more Croatoa-like permanent content addition, as well, that's based on enemies that one fights during Halloween; especially considering Villain-side has no such area.

Good to hear the lag is being looked at. PI was so crowded tonight. My Phantom Army was recharged before they disappeared, yet was not even close to being recharged. Some wacky stuff going on with powers and even doors. Got some clicks that said trick but then nothing came out of the doors. 
I loves me the costumes, except POOR CHOICE OF LOST COSTUME!
Where the bleepity-bleep is my TV Helmet?! 
But, other than that, awesome fun times. I've found that Strongman and Shaman are my favorites.

1) Fun event.
2) If you get a Trick and someone at a nearby door gets a Trick at the same time, both Trick spawns will come out of the same door.
3) No badge for Halloween pumpkins still.
4) Lag ain't bad in FBZ. 
5) Still don't understand why a timer is placed at a time longer than 30 seconds. Seems unnecessary.
6) Any way we can get an error message on why a "Treat" was awarded but nothing received (Think: Inspiration tray was full. Costume is already possessed.)? (Really a QoL stretch.)

Fun and enjoyable event. The addition of the temp costumes is very kewl.
My only complaint is that there is no art for the three new Event badges for collecting temp costumes other than the standard badge placeholders (Exploration badge art). I mean, come on. How hard is it to add some appropriate badge art for the three new badges? Very disppointing.

Because you can get one through Agent G's arc in Faultline, and since issue 11 will have Flashback, chances are you'll be able to get THAT costume whenever you want.

In about an hour I got absolutely no vampires or bosses, and only 3 event salvage, all Hamidon. Considering it's eleven days or so, that's fair I suppose. The costumes, trick vs. treat, and door timer are very nice.

I don't see why the costumes can't have charges, even just one charge, instead of being limited to two weeks. They would be something nice to whip out for parties and rp sessions or just to have fun with in missions. And unlike the New Year's powers they don't actually have any effect on gameplay.
It's probably too late at this point to change their nature (although you certainly managed to change the nature of the New Year's powers quickly enough) but how about bringing them out as craftable power recipes like the temp weapons.

No offense, but I hate all holiday events. I think MMOs could do without them but for some reason they all feel like they need to do something around the holidays.

Not sure if it is the way it should be or not, but I can't run shadow fall while having a costume and vis-versa. If I have one on and then turn on the other, the first one is turned off.

I'm having a good time, though because the drop rate on the Costume Slot salvage is much lower in comparison to last year, and that's all I really want to get for some of my single-person SG's to hand off to my alts... ah well.
But I love the little bits of street hunting spersed with door knocking. I also love the little sounds that go along with certain of the costumes. I swear though, the Shaman has a car noise in his loop, which makes me rip off my headphones to try and figure out if there's someone outside my house or what
LH: when you put up a Message of the day, could you PLEASE, PLEASE with sugar on top, ASK PEOPLE TO CLEAR THEIR OWN SPAWNS!
Please. It's so easy. And so frustrating when someone comes by 5 levels higher than others in the zone - but still within zone level range - and leaves their purple con spawns near the doors.
All in all this is so far a 10/10 event for me Got to level 15 and 25 on my currents.

I'd love the level of the Trick spawns to be sensitive to your difficulty setting. They're sensitive to team size...
5.5 hours to get the 3 costume badges on my namesake badger. I had all the previous badges.
30 out of 33 costumes
Too bad I most likely won't be touching her again before the Temp costumes expire unless I run an STF or LGTF. Extremely disappointed that they only last x number of real time days. My lowbies will have fun with it, but I'm not gonna grind for hours to get those badges again.
And of course filling my SG base with Tier 3 insps is always a plus.

Why do you teeeeaaaase us?! Letting us finally wear the costume pieces we've wanted since the game was launched, but only for two weeks?

Ok, other then that, its a fun event. 
Hi everyone,
We'd really appreciate hearing from you about your trick or treating experience!
Right now, we are working on optimizing server configurations to help alleviate the lag you may have experienced running around opening doors and getting some goodies!
Also, we will be putting up a MOTD soon that lists which zones you can Trick or Treat in at what levels. Rule of thumb is that you can only trick or treat in zones where there are monsters you can fight and get experience from.
Let us know how you found the Halloween Event and Trick or Treating!
