I stumbled on this one last night and /bugged it for good measure - it still hasn't been fixed? This was originally posted about in July...?

I've slotted Endurance Modification IO Sets into powers that accept them ..
However, the Endurance Modification percentages are not registering or displaying on the power.
[/ QUOTE ]
I am experiencing this as well....just made a post about it...should have read here first. Anyone know if it is just not displaying correctly or if it is not applying it?

I can confirm this. I have 2 performance shifters (chance for +end and +42.4% end mod) plus an IO for end mod (42.4%) slotted into stamina. The only end mod listed for stamina is 42.4%, so either the standard IO isn't being listed (which they were before I swapped them out for performance shifters) or the performance shifters aren't.
I am definately getting the +10 end every now and then from the unique, but I'm not entirely sure the other performance shifter is having an effect....I also don't see the bonus in my power list from slotting 2 performance shifters (should be a 5% movement increase).

[/ QUOTE ]Here's what i find, currently on my brute i have the whole lvl 50 Efficacy Adaptor: end Mod set slotted in my power sink, and i also run two performance shifters in my Ball lightning. And out off the sets i'm only getting the set bonus's and not the end mods from the set, my end drain is actually weaker now than when i had it three slotted with cheap So's. I hope they fix this soon because the set cost too much to be broke .
The funny thing is, even though you seem like one of the whiners that got the changes made in the first place, you're probably still bad..------Macskull on Crop_of_shaolin

You can add this to the list of I/O bugs, bugged it ingame today:
Absolute Amazement I/O set catagory Stuns will not slot in Scrapper Dark Armors Oppressive Gloom, which is classified as accepting Stun I/O sets.
I bought the proc and crafted it, can't slot it

This particular toon is 47... Don't tell me... The new purples can only be slotted by 50s?

I've got a near-full set of Efficacy (5 slots) in consume and had hoped to put 3 shifters in stamina. I noticed that in stamina, they do not enhance end mod. I burned a freespec and left stamina's slots empty upon completion, then went to slot the shifters: no +/- figures, as though it just didn't do that. Seems that maybe the End Mod sets are working in drain powers, but not in recovery powers. Not sure, but fixitfixitfixitfixitfixit.

I'm at work so I don't remember the name but one of the IOs for the higher-level, common ACC debuff set ("Feeling Poopy" or something like that--it has a raincloud icon) is much better than it should be. The level 35 end/debuff IO gives an end reduction and it gives the same debuff value as the straight 35 debuff IO. So you are essentially gettting the end reduction for free.

I slotted a Triumphant Insult: Chance to Disorient (10%) on my level 17 DB/INV Tanker's Taunt and have yet to see the disorient go off (graphically or in the combat log). Just to be sure, I waded in to a group of trivial mobs and threw taunt on autofire. Five minutes later neither the combat log nor the mobs showed anything like a disorient going off.

I have the same proc IO slotted into my Rise to the Challenge, and I echo this; I haven't seen it work once at all, and I've been playing with it slotted for days.
I just noticed the same issue with Deflated Ego as well.
I have Level 14s of both the Full To Hit Debuff and the THD/Recharge IOs and both are listing as +ToHitBuff in the light blue effect wordings. Even though the Set is listed as a to Hit Debuff.
Trust me, I would love to run then on the Trick Arrow/Archery Def I have.
Bugged it. thankfully I didn't slot the crafted one yet.
Later.....
the announcement today in game said something about lvl 50 rare set bonuses not working if your exempted below 47. is this true? can anyone confirm this? this is craptacular if its true. what about all of the people spending a bagillion infl/inf on purples and slotting them into pre 30 powers for a sirens build.
i just bought a full set of hecas, coercives, and unbreakable cons this morning. specifically for a sirens build. am i azz out?
also i have all 6 touch of lady grey slotted in freezing rain. when the proc of the set goes off it damages me instead of my target. why would anyone use a set that damages the caster instead of the target. am i missing something?
Yes the Purple sets are broken and bonuses do not work below 47. Known Issue. Lady Grey Proc is also a known issue. If you hold on to your purple they should be fixing this shortly.

I have it slotted in my WS' Dwarf Form's actual taunt, and I spent a minute taunting some mobs in KR and didn't Disorient any of them. When I have more time I will test it more extensively, but it really looks to me like something isn't working right with it.

You should add another category of issues with IO's: misleading set bonus text, set bonus text that should be revised, or something of that sort.
Healing set bonuses from Numina's Convalescence, Harmonized Healing, Doctored Wounds, Miracle, Regenerative Tissue and Triage all have this text:
"Improves the Healing of all your powers by X%"
That text is INCORRECT. "All" does not mean "All" because any heal power that grants damage resistance (reconstruction, kuji-in rin, healing flames, high pain tolerance, etc.) does not receive that bonus.

I'd be more inclined to list the bug as:
reconstruction, kuji-in rin, healing flames self-heals do not benefit from set bonuses that improve healing.
I don't care if the explanation is "oh, the code sees them as buffs not heals", they are described as healing powers in-game, so this should be fixed to work on them! Heck, it's called HEALING Flames, not Toxic Resist Flames, which do you think is the primary effect?
As to High Pain Tolerance or Dull Pain... since those are +HP power primarily I'm not sure what the intent is on those to be treated as "healing" powers. May or may not be worth raising a fuss over. would be nice if they get fixed at the same time, though, cause it's not like it's a huge gamebreaking amount of heal.
On a related note, what's the current status of the old issue with Transfusion recieving the set bonus buffs intermittently? Anyone kept an eye on that recently? (I just respec'd one kin and he's not slotted to test it anymore, and the other went to the great Alt Recycle Bin in the sky.)
I have Triumphant Insult - chance to disorient; level 20
It is slotted into my taunt power
I have stood in the middle of groups with taunt on auto and not once have I seen anyone disoriented.
Basically, I don't think it is doing anything at all.
Bugged? Feature? No animation but doing something?
On my kin transfusion heals for 422, and sometimes for 417 or close... I think I see the low number when targetting bosses but I could be wrong.

I also have this proc slotted in taunt. I taunted over 100 times, even level mobs, much lower level mobs and an arena oppenent for a full 10 minutes on auto fire. No animation or combat log evidence of disorient happening and the oppenent also reported 0 disorients and close to 100% taunt accuracy.
