Someone more tech savy than me want to save this for me somehow. I really want a copy to keep for me. Even when I wasn't playing I would come read this for the memories and the lulz.

With the announcement today I want to say I want all of us to show for the last day. In rv as I always said it would be. If you know anyone who was there or how to contact anyone who can contact anyone please do. This will not be a day for feuds. I want to see any and all who can make it.

Without any more tear shed than possible let me say thank you to all involved. I have spent a great many years of my life enjoying the pleasure of online friends without truly appreciating how amazing they are in our lives. Lu had more affect on me than most could ever dream of. So many day spent in the early morning hours in rv on freedom disguising nothing and everything.
We would roll the zone one way and then switch and roll it the other. We would grief each other in global channels in every way from raid to pvp. Lu would grief me so hard about pling that I eventually switched my second account name to Con doesn't Pl. He would heal me in the early morning hours and sometimes afk to spend time with his family to come back and say "did I miss something".
In the end let me share one thought of lucas that carries true through all my life. The people who matter will entertain you the rest will just fade away. Lucas until the end of my time will always be one of the ones who matters. One of the ones who cared.
Lu as well as several of my convenient friends have helped served and shape justice as well as coh over the years. Without truly great people there is not truly great accomplishments. The world is a sadder place without you my friend but a far worse place without you.
You will be missed Lucas. You will be loved. Peaces my friend.

I was having a long day already and then I heard this. It adds perspective to life that we don't often have the chance to get until it is to late. Lu was truly a good person and a great friend. I feel lucky having had the chance to know him and saddened by the fact the world will have to live without him.
He was literally the last person I talked to the last time I logged into coh. Even though I had ducked and ran from the game he took the time to sit and bs with me. You always wish the last time you talk to someone you would know and say something meaningful or amazing or bold or profound. Instead I had a normal conversation in which I said my normal tag for goodbye 'peaces'. In the end I think of some Garth Brooks lyrics
And now I'm glad I didn't know

Just trolling. I am currently playing a different game with my red colored tyrannosaur friend. I am still subbed here til June and will probably re up when it comes around. 1. Be a Team Oriented build....don't kid yourself, your a Defender that has the misfortune of being called a Blaster. Caltrops come in handy as well, if you catch a stalker AFK'ing (which is often) just fly towards him, mentally note the spot where he showed up for a second, then caltrop the spot and lay into him. 3. FLY, FLY, FLY! Your screwed already as it is with AR's painfully long animation and plants, so using SS/SJ is suicide. With Fly you can be Command and Control in the sky calling out targets and picking them off with superior range, plus because AR has no laser effects or anything of the sort, enemies won't be able to trace the damage to you unless they look up to see you. The only downfall is that travel supression only really affects you, and if your putting the heat on anything out there (99.9% of PvP'ers have SS/SJ) they'll easily be able to out run you back to their base. Also, keep Hover handy for when the 'L33T' PvP'ers start throwing tactical sharks at you. Hover will keep you in the air against pretty much everything that isn't a web grenade. Since the ability to buy and make jetpacks watch out too, because for some funny reason a guy with SS/SJ bouncing with his jetpack can outfly you......someone with actual fly. Fortunately for you, you have webnades, just put them on the ground where they belong.
4. Try to IO your build towards +Recharge and +Damage. Your Damage type is shrugged off by almost every PvP build out there, so your only chance is to use Defiance to your advantage. Secondary is +HP and +Ranged Damage Defense, if your being the eye in the sky you don't have to worry about melee.
5. Put your big boy pants on. You're going to be dying, alot.

Pretty much everyone that post around here has less than optimal builds they pvp with. When giving advice though you tell people what the best is and let them work from there. -
Its the ruling out the cold mastery that's hurting you. Fire blast can carry you a lot. In particular built right. I pvped on an ice/fire blaster for years so I know that /fire pretty much gets you bu. Make sure to proc up ring of fire and you will have a 3 solid hitting attacks even while mezzed.

Seriously if you are getting droned, its probably your fault. Learn the boundaries and accept the consequences if you go to deep. If they changed the drones base camping would be a million times worse, so unless they add a zone que to keep balance than this system is about as good as you can ask for.
