Why is Dominator Power Sink's Recharge 120 seconds? Does it drain more than the Blaster version?

I'm guessing with Recharge Reduction SOs you can proly get the recharge down to about 7-8 minutes. So your pets can be up about half the time.
Only Controllers and Masterminds are going to have perma pets, by design.

Which also depends on the pet: Controller's Phantom Army is not permanent. Mastermind's Dark Servant isn't permanent (nor the Defender's version).
With triple slotted hasten and triple slotted temp-pet, you can get perma-pet by constantly recasting. My Dark Servants on both my Defendrer and MM are perma this way.

2 Questions:
First if our PPP's are supposed to be more "powerful" than the APP's how come our recharges are so freaking long, and the base damage looks so small?
Second, are these the "hard numbers" we are supposed to have before selecting the power choices? I'd really like to know what the resist % is on the armor before deciding if its even worth wasting the endurance on having it.

What's the % resist on Charged Armor? How much end does Power Sink drain, and how much is restored? What's the mag and duration of Electric Shackles?
The fact that these are permanent additions to a character can not be over emphasized. The Test Server is a useful tool, but I shouldn't HAVE to copy my toons over to test and play through 100 hours of content to make sure I'm getting a power worth keeping.

Power Sink: 16.25 end, 2 min recharge
Charged Armor: 1end/sec, 4s recharge
Ball Lightning: 25.5 energy dot, 19end, 32s recharge
Summon Guardian: 26 end, 4min duration, 15 min recharge

These numbers for Patron powers are depressing as hell.... 32 sec recharge for a small AoE attack that does 25 dmg? And this is supposed to be better than APP's in what way? Oh wait! We get a pet that is up only 1/3 of the time it takes to rchg. Probably pet strength too, so little chance it will survive the entire 4 minutes it's up if you don't have ways to buff it. Sorry, but the PPP's are retarded and hardly look like they are even worth taking.

Sadly I am inclined to agree with the dissapointment that others are stressing.
My main interest is in the single target hold (from all the sets). I really want something to stack with freezeray. But at 32 seconds for the recharge that is almost insulting. Unless I am mistaken (my blaster has force mastery) the blaster epic holds are on a 16second recharge as is the defender hold from psychic. What up with that?
Powersink has twice the recharge that my blaster's does, but it would still be useful as it is such a sweet power.

Yeah, it's like I said before. The numbers make all of the difference.
Given what the other numbers look like, I'd assume a ~12.5% resistance on the armors. If that's the case, I'm skipping the PPPs entirely on my MM and just loading up on some pool powers I wanted to get anyway.
But why? It's so awesome its end cost will entirely nullify your recovery rate!

Because it's a Miasma powerset pet. MM pets are the primary power pets. IE: Zombies, Robots, Mercs, Ninja, and now Thugs. I know a MM can be */dark, but that doesn't really make a /dark pet a MM pet.

Once again, QFE. I can't stress enough how much these numbers are needed. No Resist, Defense, End drain, Mag or Duration numbers are given. Why hold back? I don't understand...

If all the patron shield powers really cost about 1 End per second then they better put us damn close to the resistance/defense cap. 1 End per second is insanely high for any toggle, let alone shields. I'm hoping it was a misprint or the devs are using someon completely different number system than us.
Its like the devs broke into two teams.
Team one: Well they need to have shields for squishies. Corruptors should be given holds, OH and lets give brutes some Immobilizations! PETS FOR EVERYONE! *the room erupts in cheers and applauding*
*meanwhile in the subbasement team two receives the power list from team one*
Team two: Ok so all these powers look way too good. Hmmm 32 second recharge on that hold for corruptors.
Ok lets say 20end/sec on the shield
well that might be a bit high people might complain ok 1end/sec.
Pets, well I really dont know what they were thinking with this one
everyone cant have a pet out all the time! 5 hour recharge timer

High level villains may complete a series of missions to gain favor with one of the faction leaders of Arachnos, gaining access to a new power pool. A villain may only have one patron during their career, so choose carefully.
Scirocco - Mu Mastery
Scirocco will instruct you on the Way of Mu, ancient techniques that give access to the lightning-based powers of the ancient race.
