I would back a Granite-like change for IH if the devs would consider it. I miss the old days where I could stand in the middle of a big brawl with the tankers and duke it out. Now I in no way mean I was taking tanker-lvl. damage or that we should. IH was good but it wasn't that good unless you were minimaxing with Tough, Weave, and say Dark Melee. I always prefered Claws and Martial Arts myself, while Tough/Weave always struck me as unfitting with a concept that needed Regen.

OK... Basically Northern California is generally thought of as roughly Stockton northward. (Stockton is about 45 miles south of Sacramento.)
Central California would be south of Stockton to the Grapevine. (Grapevine is a small town on I-5 just north of the mountain range that is the northern border of LA County.)
Southern California is all south of that.
The Bay Area - areas west of the Coastal Range and as far north as Petaluma and as far south as Santa Cruz - is, well.... a whole 'nother realm of consciousness.
