Man, screw the Arena... it would just be full of level 50's teamed up running around ganking everyone. I know - I'll do it.

Ah yes. It took me another six months after that post to get that character to level 38, and more than two years after that to get her to 50. 
Issue 4 was indeed the Worst. Issue. Ever.

as a guy who plays a martial arts scrapper, i say hell no. It was the only time the manga contingent of this game got any real love outside of the "anime" tech sleek armor, whose anime designation is doubtful.
DV didn't have to go find this, the forum software dredged it up...saw it last night, marked as unread, last post in 2005. I was wondering who was going to take the bait.

That's exactly what happened to this thread. I admit to using that tactic for threads I've made that I want to resurface one more time.
It IS interesting to read through here though. Of course, my first thought was, "Dr_Zues is back?!"

Of course, the boards log who posted and who deleted their post. They're not hiding anything. And I hope they get a good ban since, by deleting the post, they show they know what they did is wrong and so, they *intentionally* broke forum policy.

Extaneous, non-thread related commment: everytime I see PVP in print, I think of Scott Kurtz's webcomic.....
Thread related comment: I'm going to try to stay open on this whole issue....haven't played othe MMORPG's, so I can't judge by them. My first instinct is to say, if you want to beat up other players, didn't they come out with a game called Street Fighter or something a while back?
