The ONLY thing about Regeneration is that internal playtesting has shown that it MIGHT be a little too good. But that's an impression - there will be nothing immediate changed and there might be nothing at all. It's just on my list of things to look at, that's all.

My main is a fire/energy blaster and so I was just a little concerned about upcoming changes to AOE. Any more info on this? Nerfing the AOE might put a permanent kink in this character if there are no trade-offs given. As it is, I'm ok with dying every other hour so long as I can take a few with me

By "improving Tankers' aggro control" does that mean completely removing the supposed requirement for provoke?
Are there plans to remove the "question marks" from the Souvenirs and replace them with images? Like the images the whole badge system has? I'd love to see an actual "letter of requiem" or "captain indomitable uni-bands".
I'm down to 1 respec. PLEASE tell me that you will give us post 40 folk an extra one to get the epic pools?

Ummm...Any chance of upping the desire to go to Rikti Crash Site such as making the Space Ship into a Task Force or Trial, or a portal from there to the Rikti Homeworld type of Trial? Just wondering if more desire to visit RCS will ever be implemented, other than "minor tweaks"...

Could you have your internal playtesters use it WITHOUT Tough/Weave and go to places like RCS, TRY to tank even a blue con AV, etc... It's my experience, as a NON Tough/Weave regenner, that a group of green rikti monkies can kill you without those POOL Powers...and sure as shootin', we shouldn't be forced to take pool powers to survive...they are suppsoed to only enhance... *shrugs*

The hasten bug - what is the ETA onit being fixed?
Any Endurance changes expected? Don't see it on the list so that means none? If not, Why not? I know you said it "ain't right" that some builds HAVE to take hasten/stam...
I guess the mission slider is the answer to all the +1 questions... too bad, I find some of the low level mission too difficult now to work up some alts. Guess I'll shelve them until update 3 or go street hunt.
You do realize that some of the low level missions are almost impossible to do for some ATs. (at low levels) This is why some people get turn off from missions early and never look back.
The Skill system is going to be level independent and that's great news. The more skills, the merrier. The more abilities they grant, the better. The more ways to earn experience, the better.
I am wondering what other ideas you are considering for earning experience and/or abilities outside of combat?
Also, I was wondering if you would ever consider severely toning down the random groups of thugs all over the city, and make crime something that often(though not always) has to be looked for?
Would you consider removing Levels entirely?
I will not rest until we have in-game throwable pies!

That's my feeling, too. Sometimes I don't know anything more definite than "we're going to address it sometime..." There's ALOT of people working on City of Heroes, and sometimes I post just keep the forum readers in the loop. Maybe the person responsible for the tweak/change isn't around when I'm typing - or maybe we haven't set up a meeting yet for a final decision. No great conspiracy or anything - I just like telling you guys what I know.

OK QUESTION: The Tank Argo, in what form is that, just a natural argo, or will it be linked to one of the Taunt type powers? If it is Natural, will it override someone else hitting them like Taunt does?
statesman, while you're looking at tanks, can you please PLEASE look at the mudpots power in the stone set?
it doesn't immobilize anything, even greys.
it doesn't accept Accuracy enhances even though it's not an auto hit.
it uses way too much end, especially since the immobilize part is not working.
please look into this power.
Will Magnetism and Shield power's be in the next issue?
Will the DEVs be working on Invulnerability as well? It seems to me, when you say armor stacking, Invulnerability will end up as a poor tanker primary choice.
Please look at Kinetic/Transfusion and Transferance. The no effect when used at mob arrest is really terrible. Either no effect or you get something when the effect shows up.
Plus Defender and Controller Transfusions heal the same based upon limited testing... More in the Defender forum.
*Edit* Also, any chance having Super Reflex not get plastered by autohit attacks, eg Swarms, Chill of the Night, etc?
When you say Super Reflexes may be a little gimped--does that mean you may make it a little better? My DM/SR would appreciate it.
Oh yeah, add a little more damage to Midnight Grasp.

There are some primary/secondary Tankers, Controllers and Scrappers that can solo AVs at the higher lvls (where they are often encountered). Any work being done to bring the other primary/secondary sets and Blasters and possibly Defenders as well, into line with this?
The short of it is: will we be seeing some more balance between the ATs besides minor tweaks?
We've heard that Super Strength WILL NOT become available to scrappers at any point.
1) What about the possibility of Energy Melee or another powerset with the same type of feel for those who "want to punch the bejeezus outta stuff"?
2) Care to elaborate on the reasonings behind why this type of power sharing is not allowed?
Since I know you are reading this, I have to say as a Reg scrapper, to really be have to go to the power pools and slot heavily. I am at lvl39 and I am in no way a tank or even close. Reg in fine the way it is and to become even close to be able to TANK you have to use pool powers. Not all peeps crunch the numbers and make the "ubber" build.

The general consensus in the scrapper forum is that invuln is above regen. What has the internal play testing said about invuln?
Is there any chance Friends lists will gain it's own, err, "designator" so that we can assign it to it's own window tab? Having it spam me every time I zone becomes tiring after a while when it shoves other text such as tells/SG chat off the screen.
