The more serious issue is your unintentional contribution to the eventual genricizing of Google's trademark by using it as a synonym for searching the Web.

Not all PBs take Dwarf form. For some builds, it just isn't worth sacrificing some other power. Fortunately, in Human form we have Light Form. That provides all sorts of protections (including stun), and magnificent resistances excluding Psionic.



The only drawback is the 90% HP and the big endurance crash. But by the time that kicks in, whatever you were fighting should be eating pavement. And otherwise, if you monitor your buff icons closely, you can always be sure to pop Conserve Energy just as Light Form's Icon is going blinky blinky, and once it crashes, you can easily pop off your two heals after the crash, then pop a couple blue candies to refill your endurance.

The Jingle Jet lasts only 30 days real time though. Fortunately, you can pull a Captain Castillo and wear a Raptor Pack indoors. The Raptor Pack has the exact same slowdown as the Jingle Jet. On my lowly level 17 Blaster I just tested it on, both the Jingle Jet and the Raptor Pack suppressed down to 4.35 mph.

That is a much more sensible alternative than using up a power selection just to fit in Hover.

At least that would make the price of purple recipes plumet to insanely low levels.

And since everyone else has exhausted the supply of Hell No, I will go all Dr. Evil here and say...

What server in partiucular? I know on some servers I have characters who still have the mission and who have significantly outleveled it to where it is green or very gray. They could get you the badge easy enough.

The Zephyrs are the big issue here. Winter's Gift is almost completely irrelevant in the equation. That is because all of the WG pieces are uniques, meaning only one per character.

So even if you could slot UT sets in the sprints, it would be impossible to get more than 20% slow resistance from the Winter's Gift piece, since you can only slot one, period.

And I am not sure if this is common knowledge or not, but there are non-travel powers that can take UT sets as well. Two that immediately come to mind are Accelerate Metabolism from Radiation Emission and Speed Boost from Kinetics. I'm sure there are more, but I can't think of them at the moment.

Of course, receiving an unsolicited package from someone no one there knows could cause the recipient to call in an EOD team to have the package destroyed.

It's really probably best to just send them an e-card and save the physical gifts for friends and family.

Then in that case, my advice to anyone considering buying something like this from the "Used" listings is to email the seller and ask to see the card. If they are unwilling to do that, then passing on their item is the best course of action.

I agree, it is just not possible for the average person to envision such a large value. Heck, some people (like myself for example) have tremendous difficulty envisioning metric measurements as opposed to the imperial system us older folk grew up with.

So that being said, let's just say there are a buttload of possible combinations. (That is an imperial buttload of course, since I can't properly envision a metric buttload.)
