It's /petition, but there is a string that goes along with that I don't remember.
Instead, go to the menu, and click support. You'll find it a LOT easier to use.

Taking a random shot in the dark, /stuck might fix whatever problem you're having. Except if your hair is on fire. /stuck will just teleport you along with your burning hair a few feet over in space. In that case I recommend a bucket of sand or water. Water is preferable. But dangerous if it's a grease fire. So in the case that your hair is covered in burning grease, you should smother the flame with generous fists full of sand. Waiting for a response to a /petition might take a bit longer than you have considering the dire grease fire on your scalp you are now experiencing.

As long as it is not the Eu servers you can die of old age befor you will get a GM to reply .......................

So bascially /petition <quick line about your issue>Same with /bug. However, /bug is not for when you need assistance (I do often /bug when I /petition, though, to make sure it gets on the bug list).
Also, the /petition command gets you the same window as Menu - > Support off the health bar window gets you.
