Missing Winter Event badges?

Silly question.
Are they missing on all characters, or did you only check on one character?
My understanding is that they won't show, if the character in question has them.

All those 'missing' badges are showing up for me on the Candy Keeper on the Union EU server...

Ah. I see. It's just Heart of Light/Darkness that I can't seem to get. The others didn't show up because I was looking for them with characters who already had them.
So just Heart of Light and Heart of Darkness.

Actually,I have one I went and defeated Lord Winter in the event and I didn't get the Lord of Winter badge.....and yes I filed a petition.
In order to receive the badge, you (or your team) must do at least 10% of the damage to defeat him. You can get the merits and candy canes for just hitting him once. Were you on a decent-sized team?

I get all weird around the holidays...example;I was singing hymns in the car while me and the wife were Xmas shopping today.She asked why I get weird around this time of the year,I dunno I just like to have fun even if nobody gets it.

Bob the bunny happens to like my singing,hell sometimes he sings chorus which really throws the wife for a loop.
