No enhancements AT ALL since smuggler badge

A few days isn't that long. Enhancements don't drop anywhere near as much as they used to, unless you're fighting AV's.

Are you mostly playing AE missions?
Also, enhancements do not drop if you're exemplared. (Via SSK or flashback for example.)

Does the Smuggler badge need to "charge up" like the day job accolade powers do? If so, you need to stay logged off near a ferry for a few days to reap the benefits of being a Smuggler.
Prior to getting the badge I had some dropping every night--at least 2 or three.
No one else has had that issue, huh?
Well, I am off to start logging my drops then.

Drops are random and based on a percentage. It's not unusual to get dry spells. There's no guaruntee you'll get drops on a regular basis
