I do have a spines/dark and I do like the idea that someone mentioned earlier. I might look into it.
-
I was thinking of making a different type of scrapper that uses a lot of stuns, immobiles, and other forms of crowd control and was wondering if anyone had suggestions. I was thinking electric/dark due to thunder clap, opressive gloom, cloak of fear, and the dark pool power set with tenebrius tentacles but can't think of any other crowd controlling sets.

You could drop shadow maul and pick up tempurature protection. If you have the vet power sands of mu you can have a nice cone type melee power.

Quote:No there is also no positional psychic attacks.Actually I do not, Storm
Psi attacks still have to factor in 3 things
Ranged Psi
Melee Psi
AoE Psi
Thus I have 45%+ to Softcap to said attacks, care to try again?
Though are are certain Mob/AV Psi attacks that just considered flat out Psi with no other added modifier.

I'm going for a lol build that I'm trying to make my regeneration really unnecessarily ridiculously high. It needs more regen. I want to at least get to 900% passive regeneration without making too many sacrifices.

Wow that looks terrible, I'm sure it will be corrected. Why didn't scrappers get darkest night?
-
I have quite a few builds for all of my scrappers in various stages that I'd be will to share and builds that I've made for others.
-
No it isn't fun because as a result of this thread I just got 5 points of negative feed back. This system is turning into, at least for me, a flame session for people with issues.
-
I'd go for both, around 20% to ranged and melee will go a long way to increasing your survivability.
-
So there is no way to completely turn it off and not recieve it?

Quote:You can run that chain when Hasten is up but while it's down just run Inc > GFS > Cremate > FS for one or two chains and then switch back to Inc > GFS > Cremate once Hasten is back up.Looking at Bill Z Bubba's attack chain spread sheets I see that the one he recommends is: Incinerate, Cremate, GFS
If I have Hasten on a 131.7s CD when it is up and the components of the chain slotted like this:
Incinerate:88% Rchg
Cremate: 96% Recharge
GFS: 96% Recharge
and a global recharge of 72.5%(when hasten is down)
Am I able to run that chain and how do I go about calculating whether I can or not?
Thanks in advance to those more mathematically inclined to this sort of thing. -
You should make a triple dark scrapper, I don't see too many of those around.
-
You think as a ninja you'd be able to withstand being knocked down or completely dodging it lol.
-
Electric/Dark for thunder clap opressive gloom PBAoE boss stunning capabilities!

Quote:While we're at it, DON'T MAKE A CLAWS BRUTE!1!1I have some fruit baskets on the way to you're Paragon Studio's.
They are on a train, so it may take a week to get to you but I assure you they are a vital part of the Stimulus Package from the Democratic Obama pre American Bankruptcy Package.
THE CHECKS WILL CLEAR DAM JOOO!!!!!
nerf them NAO!
O wait you covered that already... -
A really great place to farm is the Storm Palace, that place is wicked.

-
All you need is love, seriously though you don't really need inventions to be effective.
-
Has anyone ever taken Aid Self on a Regeneration scrapper? Serious question
-
Take Katana as a primary and your regeneration scrapper will do things most super reflexes scrappers would dream of doing. Like soloing 4 AVs at once...
-
If you're going DM/SR you won't need Aid Self because you have Siphon Life. When slotted properly you will have a nice 300 point heal.
