  1. Played on Test for an hour or two today.

Pretty happy with what I've seen.

    Wrong and wrong.

The Katana is held in the left hand, and drawn from the right hip.

Dual blades are drawn from over the shoulders (on the back). This looks particularly bad on DB characters who (like mine) use daggers instead of swords. I wish there was a "from hip" draw animation.
  3. Sent an email this morning, my main account is now Roderick, and my secondary, which I used to start this thread, is now Roderick2, to match their globals.

I'm sure this will attract as much interest as the last announcement, but for any who care, there it is. :P
  4. What's going on? I thought the forums were supposed to be down!

It's the end of the world!

    DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!
  5. If it's a glowie (Like the Sky Raider Flight Pack), then the person who clicks it gets it.

If it's a mission complete bonus (Like the Bow and Arrow), then the mission owner gets it.
If the mission is done by flashback, then all teammates own the mission, and they all get the mission complete bonuses.

If the mission is granted by talking to a contact (Like the Clockwork Immobilizer), then the person who talked to the contact gets the power. Note that for non-TF missions, only the mission owner can talk to the contact in this type of mission. In TFs (including Flashback) any teammate can talk to the contact; only that person gets the power.

It doesn't matter who the leader is in any of these cases.

EDIT: The Iron Blade is a talk-to, so only the person who talks to Gordon gets the sword.

    Invader Accolade

I've occasionally had it glitch where, once everything it switched over, the toon that wants the badge is denied access to the mission.

Having someone ENTER the mish, instead of just setting it (even if that person doesn't stay online, such as the mission holder) has always worked for me.

    Power Timer!

From the title, I expacted the request toe for a timer showing how much longer a buff would last, and I came rushing in to /sigh.

This idea though... I can't imagine ever using it.

    I am convinced

    No, it's not.

I've done the same thing and gotten nothing worthwhile off 10-15 rolls.

200 tickets guarantees a LotG +rech. 200 tickets of random rolls does not.

    XP Debt at 50?

Patrol XP is awarded at any level, even at 50. When you're 50, you log in, your patrol XP is given to you, pays off any debt you have, then the remainder disappears.

This is how I've been working on my debt badges, and I can confirm that it does work.
  10. Question to everyone who sees these discrepancies frequently:

Are the characters who get extra getting more ticket drops, or more tickets per drop?
  11. As others have said, it has to be Wolf Spiders, and they can't be Rogue Arachnos. But, contrary to the badge text, they don't have to minions. ANY Arachnos in the Wolf Spider uniform, minion, lieutenant, or boss, will count.

The advice about going to Faultline is probably the best you'll get.

    Memory Issue

There are a few memory leaks that have caused this sort of thing to happen. There were a few nasty ones associated with the Mission Creator, but I think those were all fixed. Not sure what causes any remaining ones.

Are you regularly doing a certain thing when/just before this starts happening?
  13. Mez protection doesn't suppress, but secondary effects, like IW's Psi Def do. Nothing suppresses in a click power.

This doesn't matter for PB, nor Kuji-In (I think), but it does for Active Defense - it's a significant part of SD's Def Debuff Resist.

    Numina ?

The only way to see if it's on is to monitor your regeneration or recovery rate. There is no icon.

While the wiki is technically right that it's a "chance" to go off, it's a 100% chance - you get the bonus every time you use the power, or once every 10 seconds in a auto power, or an active toggle. Note that it doesn't stack with itself - if you trigger it while it's still up, it just extends the duration.

    I'm still a virgin

I was too. Then LJ grabbed me.

If you wanna do one for me, I'd love it. If I'm disqualified now, that's fine too.
  16. It gives 10 points of end. If you slot it in Dark Regeneration, the proc needs to hit three enemies to break even on end cost (Or close enough).
  17. Hm. Explaining him is gonna be tough. See, he's one of my few non-concept characters.

Basically, I was seeing a TON of anthro characters, and decided to make one of my own, but as a mockery, rather than a serious character. The most ridiculous thing I could think of was a "Bunnyman". Of course, to make him look even more ridiculous, I clothed him in pink briefs and cowl, leaving him otherwise naked. The "Flaming" part was a bit of a pun - he's a fire/fire blaster, and I was also trying to make him look flamboyantly gay - Flaming, if you will.

I never intended to keep him. He was a joke character that was going to get deleted before he hit 20. But he hit 20, and ran the costume slot mission just after I got access to trench coats. Once he was in the costume LJ drew, I was stuck with him.

He's been to 50, deleted, and restarted - entirely so I could change his origin so I could give him the title "Fabulous". He's well on his way back to 50.

But as far as an origin or concept goes... He's just a joke character that took on a life of his own.
  18. Thank you! That is SO awesome!

    I absolutely love that.

What's it take to convince you to do something in the same style for Bunnyman? (see my post right above yours)
  20. My main, Roderick, can be found here and here. I'll grab some more shots as soon as I can.

Alternately, The Flaming Bunnyman is available for sketches. I'll get some more shots of him, you can pick whichever you prefer.

    EDIT:

Paragon Wiki (just Google it, I don't recall the address)

If you remember the name "Paragon Wiki", I can't see how http://paragonwiki.com would be that hard to remember.
  22. The softcap is the number that drops an enemy's chance to hit to 5%. Mobs have a base 50% chance to hit, so the softcap is 45%. Players have a base 75% chance to hit, so the softcap, when a player is attacking you, is 70%. And thanks to diminishing returns, good luck getting your defense that high in a PVP zone.
  23. I'ago: "I am one, sir, that comes to tell you your daughter and the Rikti are now making the beast with two backs."

    O_o
  24. The Reichsman fights are VERY different on each side. Blueside experience is useless for the redside fight.
