Theft of Essence Proc
Not sure how much, but it's a to-self proc. So it only gives it to you (otherwise the mob you are leeching off of would get end back.)
Orc&Pie No.53230 There is an orc, and somehow, he got a pie. And you are hungry.

Negaduck: I see you found the crumb. I knew you'd never notice the huge flag.
It gives 10 points of end. If you slot it in Dark Regeneration, the proc needs to hit three enemies to break even on end cost (Or close enough).

Answer from this thread
(The thread title was about performance shifter, but the discussion moved onto the Theft proc, so probably would not have been flagged in a search. The link is more for background to this simple answer)
The target of the proc is 'self' so it always affects you.

The proc from Theft of Essence states that it will give Endurance back to the target.
1. Is the target 'the caster' of, let's say, Transfusion?
2. How much of a 'hit' is it?
I checked on Test (for the pop-up updates), and wiki & Red Tomax, but the info wasn't there (or my search-fu failed).
Thanks for your wisdom.
