It's like I said - it makes the progression even across all ATs in that all have to take the tier 1.
Also, if you notice, the tier 1 in a secondary is always something you can use solo. Originally Sonic had the first shield as the tier 1 and the debuff as Tier 2, but it penalized controllers, forcing them to take something they cannot use solo.
Plus, web grenade is actually pretty decent, -Recharge, -Fly, etc. -
Quote:The main part emphasizedI know that all ATs are set up to have to take the tier-1 power in the secondary power set. What I'd like to know is why it's required.
-
The current setup forces one to take at least one offensive, damaging power at level one. And has the restrictions on power selection the same across all ATs.

Without having expressly acquired basic praetoria access via the market or a box of Going Rogue, I think he'd loose access to anyone in Praetoria not visiting, so if your playing a character in there get them out if going prem.
As for alignment - you (without buying the system somehow) will be locked into your alignment once you go premium but other than that nothing bugs your alignment. -
I believe rsclark is referring to the presumption that the proc going off in one bot boosts the damage of all. Each bot essentially has it's own coly of the enhancement slotted into it - but putting it in the drones might not be bad. On my Necro/Dark I put it into the T2 pets, the grave knights.

Quote:The difference between this and the Pre-Order bonuses is the bonuses were free, we paid money for the CE stuff.to kind of bring another example in for comparison, when GR was offered as a preorder from gamestop for those special enhances that worked at all lvls and provided procs to <lvl21, when those were offered as rewards for high tier in the paragon rewards program i think its similar situation to this except they actually brought back the preorder items (they did the same thing for the preorder cov helms)
why they wont do it for this is mind boggling (and personally i am a little peeved i preordered from gamestop when i could have saved that $50 although i do like the desdemona mousepad lol)
personally the only thing im after is the bloody badge that came with the dvd collector edition lol -
I believe in the incarnate trial itself the NPCs operate with a higher base To-Hit.

As of the 9th (sub date the 7th) I have a total of 6 400 pt stipends. Like you, I have an annual sub set to renew soon after the start of the year. (Total of 9 due to Reward Status putting me in T9 right away so I get the 150 bonus stipend which is awarded seperately)
As Aggie said, in your NCSoft Master Account under "Billing Summary" should be a"Micro transactions within the last 90 days section. -
Mind you, everything in Issue 1 was in progress if not finished at launch - they did the 40-50 game as an update so they could work more on the "early game" (and didn't expect people to focus so hard on single characters)

Quote:Currently though, Prisoner minions of your level con blue and reward as an underling... the rest follow suit.I have no problem fighting less powerful enemies with lower rewards as long as it's fun. My favorite group to fight is Freakshow, and they're definitely on the lower half of the totem-pole. They're just fun and wonky, and I love their 13375P34K. Not to mention it's nice having bosses that can be knocked around (which I've always thought was kind of odd with their size).
Quote:Prisoners xp/inf could be changed, though. My point is just liking more variety.
Now to kind of/sort of contradict what I just said--I don't like that they added random street mobs in places like the Hollows. I don't like seeing so many types. Why did the Lost have to show up? -

Quote:Above the Player Help section (which this forum, Player Questions, is in) is the "Development" section which includes the Developer and & Community Digests. Below those still in the development section is "Gameplay & Technical issues" - this kind of question belongs there.Oh all my drivers and vid cards are updated, and installed right, but seriously any answers to this without the riddles?
And like I mentioned, post your video card and driver version, as this kind of stuff usually relates to that.
While some tech types hang out here, this is more a "Help with the game" forum than technical help, which is what you need. -

Quote:1 - Try asking in the Gameplay;/Tech issues forum.I recently had to restore my computer to its factory settings, before I used to be able to alt+tab seamlessly between clients. Now after the wipe my clients are acting choppy and laggy. Does anybody know a reason for this and possibly a fix?
2 - mention your video card and driver.
Check to see if your driver is the most recent one from either Nvidia or AMD if a Geforce or Radeon respectively. -
I do believe that Carnies, Malta, and Knives of Artemis were Issue 1 with Peregrine Island.
Firbolg and Croatoan witches were introduced as part of the first Halloween event as an enemy group preview of Croatoa which I think was Issue 4. -
Not sure about the inf cap question, but I do believe that the Auction house interface simply becomes inaccessible to you - the items would remain.

Hero respec has you defending, and it's a bit more tedious but no risk like in the thorn tree. And that respec is kind of unique in how it kills you unawares.
Two places to reference in the VIP vs Prem vs Free. The main CoH website has a decent comparison chart, and the Paragonwiki.com website under paragon rewards does good in showing you what you earn when. The two things you MUST be VIP for are Incarnate stuff and interacting with the SG registrar (new SG/new base/rent). -
I'm guessing the AH portion is for those who toggle between VIP and premium. Based on how everything else works you could earn thenmerits while VIP and possibly spend them while prem.

I could have sworn we had capes before rocks.
