I think sep and oct should be in, and Nov depending on your monthly billing cycle.

If you were around for freedom launch, I think you should definitely have 3 transfers, and at least 1 increment of paragon points. September points came with Freedom launch (+3 months at 400 points from the loyalty program since June). You should have points from October, and points from November should arrive on November 29 (though not necessarily at any specific time of day, just by the end of the day).

Yep, I've been here since day one and have never missed a payment. I started paying annually about 3 years ago. The 'live chat' option looks like it will be available in about an hour, I'll give that a shot.

You can verify by logging into your Master Account, clicking on Billing Summary, and scrolling all the way down. It will list when you got your points distributions there.
I got 3 on Sept 13 (July, Aug, Sept pre-launch bonuses), 1 on Sept 14 (Sept stipend), and 1 on Oct 12 (Oct stipend). I haven't yet gotten my points for Nov.

In the meantime, it may be worthwhile to look through your account to see what you spent points on (i forget how, but I think there is an option in the store) just to have a concrete number to refer to. Good luck resolving it quickly.
It will probably be easier to deal with the points than the tokens. Among my gaming friends, we have all received different amounts of tokens, for no apparent reason (even if you take date into account, two of us have recieved 2 (maybe one got 3?) and two of us have received 1 token). You should at least have 1 token.

As of the 9th (sub date the 7th) I have a total of 6 400 pt stipends. Like you, I have an annual sub set to renew soon after the start of the year. (Total of 9 due to Reward Status putting me in T9 right away so I get the 150 bonus stipend which is awarded seperately)
As Aggie said, in your NCSoft Master Account under "Billing Summary" should be a"Micro transactions within the last 90 days section.

Thanks for the information guys. According to my account summary I received the 550 stipend points on Oct 12th. I don't recall them going up at all, but I can't really prove that they didn't. It is possible everything is just fine and I'm being a bit paranoid.
I guess I'll take a screen shot of the current values of tokens and points and see what happens in the next couple of days.

I ask, because to date I have exactly zero applied to my account. I've gotten 2 character transfers, but no points and no tokens. I can't seem to find any way to figure out how many I should have gotten, or a log of what I have received?
To make matters 'worse', I have purchased points (10,000) and have used all the tokens I currently care to (Tier 9 VIP all used up, with 10 banked). My current point balance is 8020, and while it certainly goes down when I make purchases I have never seen it go up (except when I obviously purchased the 10k to begin with).
