2 - mention your video card and driver.
Check to see if your driver is the most recent one from either Nvidia or AMD if a Geforce or Radeon respectively.

And like I mentioned, post your video card and driver version, as this kind of stuff usually relates to that.
While some tech types hang out here, this is more a "Help with the game" forum than technical help, which is what you need.
