People have argued that since it's subscription based their ideal would be you paying and spending a lot of time out of game. But on the contrary, if you're "out" too long you could grow bored and cancel.
All "video lottery" (cause we don't have non-N.A.T. casinos, and slot machines are only in casinos in Oregon so they can't be in the restaurant or bar) are required to display the time somewhere on each game screen :P -
Go to the Forum for your server (it's below this one a bit) - and check the list of global channels there.

Nope, chance always remains the same.
Like any other toggle, it will check against each affected target of SnowStorm when you start it, and then check again against all targets in the effect every 10 seconds after that.
The checks are individual per critter. -
All NCSoft MMO's have that in the file.

And even though they didn't say anything about it - also check steam just in case they offer it for real cheap too - they give you a code, so you definitly won't have to wait.

The term "bending over backwards" was used because the peoe went blatently out of their way to show the OP by actually supplying links
For this kind of thing, it wa bending over backwards - we could of just said "it is out there for cheaper, go find it" but we acutally looked and whatnot. Some of us while passing just a moment here and there at work.
And as for calling out being some of use being elitist "behind the keyboards" even if it isn't showing in the text - wha? If it isn't in the text, how can you know? -
To the OP - I would recommend buying the complete edition not the expansion only version as it includes a free month and some in-game goodies

On the plus side, Hero Slayer no longer requires the huge amounts of heroes, so this isn't needed to quickly get the badge

Also, can't recall the simple way to show it, but there is a little bit of a trick for when the recharge changes part way through.

Power recharge/ (1+ extra recharge)=new time.
Enhancements normally get you up to 96%. If you have 110% global recharge, then :
450/(1+2.06=3.06)=147seconds or so. -

FYI - for youtube, adding "#t=0m0s" - replacing the 0s with the minutes (m) and seconds (s) respectively - lets you make a video load after the default start point. (for the above, i just added "#t=2m14s" to get the right spot.)

However, you might want to wait for a redname post on exactly how that works. I think your time gets added and your renewal date gets moved to September (after the free month, if you buy a 6 month sub), but I'm only about 85% sure, so I think some clarification is needed.
Note, for C: - they offer both 1-time and re-occuring paypal billing - if you want to be charged NOW make sure to do the 1-time.

EDIT : Checking the wiki there is nothing about cancelled billing screwing up level pacts, only accounts going inactive. This is a pretty good indicator right there that you are mistaking your terms. -

OK I just found out through slotting it, that Kismet: +6% Acc is useless to me slotted in invisibility because even though it says it grants a bonus for 120 seconds it doesn't, it shuts off as soon as I un-toggle the power, and can actually attack something.
My question is: if I move this unique to Grant Invisibility, will it still give me the 6% bonus? Or will it give the bonus to the person Im casting it on?
I currently have a Karma: +KB resist in Grant Invis, and it gives me just enough resistance for my rad/MM blaster, If I move it to invisibility, will it not give me the +KB resistance when Im not invisible?
Proc : the chance toX IOs that require thenpower be used - checks every 10 seconds in toggles and auto powers.
120s : Any IO that mentions the 120 second duration. The duration is only for clicks, always on you. In toggles, it lasts as long as the toggle is running, permanent in auto powers.
