Keep in mind that, since this is a purchase from Best Buy, and NOT from NCSoft, it's probably a physical box, not a digital purchase. Which means that you'll have to pay shipping and (possibly) sales tax, then wait for the box to arriver before you can actually use the code.
It'll still probably be cheaper than a digital purchase, but possibly not as much cheaper as you'd expect.

And even though they didn't say anything about it - also check steam just in case they offer it for real cheap too - they give you a code, so you definitly won't have to wait.

I have the dvd in my hot little hands, but there's no code that I can find on the disc or in the packaging. Surely I don't have to install the whole game from my drive? There's just a code somewhere I apply, right?

Hopefully the area in the picture isn't blank in your case, but there were some that did ship without codes.
