The rest I want to say is already in the previous post.
i did read what you posted, yes suggesting ideas is in the for fun section, but along with suggesting ideas you have to accept that everyone will not agree with it

and basically what techbot says in his first post in the thread is my feelings on if this were implemented a massive hunt followed by battles with cheap shotting AVs is not fun, justin augustine tf is already full of rularuu hunts and its incredibly boring to run. also based on the lore making faathim an enemy and lanaruu actually working with rularuu would be breaking every bit of lore that was part of this game (aside from the facts that faathim has 0 powers that do dmg)

we also already have a battle against a baddy with 90% res to everything and his name is reichsman, which in the kahn tf is again also incredibly boring

with the final battle fighting a baddy with autohit 1 shotting powers would be again nearly impossible and extremely not fun, the likelyhood that ANY of it would be implemented would be pretty much 0 (we already had autohit stuff that nearly 1 shotted us with the keyes trial antimatter pulse and that was extremely hated by pretty much all players and it was eventually toned down, and even the hamidon has stuff that bypasses all def and resist unless you use a special inspiration)

there is technically a NPC model of rularuu the ravager which can be used in demo edits as well as devs when they do large scale in game events (i think zwillinger used the rularuu the ravager model during the freedom server praetorian invasion), in terms of actual game lore rularuu the ravager was sealed in the shadow shard which is more a portal into his mind than an actual prison)

    Perma-Haunt?

on my dark dark dom i have about 180% rech with hasten up so i can perma the shades by about 1-2 sec assuming they dont die

when im finished my build for 210% rech with hasten i should have them perma by about 10 sec again assuming they dont die

i mostly use them to absorb aggro or take a mob alpha
  3. i agree with hyper and techbot, there is NOTHING fun sounding about this trial

i would like to see shadow shard stuff be used more, but this is ridiculous sounding and nobody ever in their right mind would run it

people already rarely run CoP trials (partially cause of design and partially cause of absolute crud for rewards)
  4. i dont think you can stack the cubicles, but you should be able to free float them with the shift key

shift = allows floating the item vertically
ctrl= works with the shift key by not snapping item to nearest wall
    alt=rotate around vertical axis

holding shift + ctrl should allow you to float the beacon wherever you want it

    Morning Victory!

im usually available for teaming or whatnot, i have a variety of toons, to use i usually am working on 50s but dont mind grabbing a lower toon for lower lvl sf (and yes i primarily only play redside)
  6. i think its always been that way, why i have no idea, but the differences werent really noticeable until all ATs had access to APP and PPP
  7. mass hypnosis does no dmg and thus the interface procs wont fire on it
  8. Necrotech_Master

    Powers

it depends on my build whether i need mule powers or not some of my toons builds have several mule powers which i rarely use

on the other hand some of my builds are tight and almost all my power picks are necessity
  9. i usually also do it for the quick and easy lvl

i think that it would just have 1 chance of heal when the power was activated since heal ticks are essentially the inverse of dmg over time and powers like gloom which are entirely DoT only have 1 chance to proc on activation
  11. i sometimes say "woo veng" or something to that effect if veng came at an opportune time, if its not providing a ton of benefit at the time then i dont usually say anything just hit it and rez the person or hit it and keep steamrolling

Would farming (or not farming) monsters with AV-level rewards be different from farming (or not farming) AVs with AV-level rewards?
the only problem with your example is that in this mish there are around 12-15 tentacles total you have to kill, if each one gave AV level xp for only having EB rank hp, that would be insane and of course people would farm it

most mishs with AVs usually complete on AV kill and/or theres only like 1 AV in the mish to begin with, from personal experience the tentacles are also MUCH easier to kill than an AV since they only have 1 attack thats basically melee only (it has a large range but very easy to sit outside its range)
  13. GL finding someone to pay that much lol, avg market price is like 400 mil to 1 bil for the gladiators armor (400 mil is lvl 50 price, 1 bil is lvl 10 price)
  14. if it says they are supposed to accept them then i would just submit a bug report on the issue then

IIRC all you had to do blueside was be in steel canyon on same team as person doing the latin student mish, or 0 work essentially, redside you still have to run an actual mish to get the badge

i dont remember if i saw a redname reasoning for why it was changed

this is only true for the hero midnighter arc, redside arc still awards to whole team
  18. im kinda 50/50 on this, ive seen most all of the original stuff (i agree with you that shemp and curly were 2 of the best ones to make the trio funny)

from what ive seen of the commercials the actors did seem to do a pretty good job of recapturing the personalities of the original 3 stooges, but what im concerned about is the plot of the movie, the 3 stooges actually had very little interaction with other poeple in their movies (some of the episodes had <3 poeple other than the stooges while the most ive seen is a roomful of poeple)

based on how expensive movie theaters are i will prolly wait to see this when it goes to dvd

    Incarnate trials

if you want to go about incarnate stuff at your own pace then i would suggest running in the new dark astoria (solo or even teamed), the story arcs are very interesting as well as giving a reward table choice on completion and you dont have to deal with the raiding style stuff if your not familiar with it or dont like it

    /this

about the mobs in mercy that would actually be determined by your combat phase state, if you finished all of operative kuzmins arc then there wont be any longbow in mercy (for you)

Though, knockback protection magnitude is usually 10 thousand, so you likely won't get through protection.

Thus, it is pretty much only there to increase the amount of time, a little, an enemy is knocked around and move them farther away.
ah, and to correct you thats knockback resistance thats 10000%, knockback protection is usually only about 50-100 (50 for PTOD, 100 for some AVs base protection)

and against normal mobs that have no protection i have not noticed a difference in launch height between a mag 12 or supposed mag 34
  22. just more reasons why i love the DA revamp lol, i havent done a single trial since i finished the DD badges lol
  23. yes to market and no to AE

the market exists only in imperial city IIRC, while AE was not added to praetoria for theme reasons (AE was designed by aeon who resides in primal earth)
  24. i came up with this ice/ta build here

because you wanted a focus on oil slick arrow, i went with fire mastery for 3 reasons: 2 attacks which can ignite oil slick, self rez, and an end drain to keep your endurance up so your not relying on teammates for buffs

couple other tricks i used was throwing a achilles heel proc into both acid arrow and oil slick arrow (oil slick arrow can debuff resist along with being ignited for DoT), i also used a set of controller ATOs in ice arrow, 5 slots would give you good bonuses and the 6th slot is the superior proc and due to the 5 PPM it will have a 100% chance of proccing in ice arrow (base rech 18 sec, 5PPM=12 sec) with 107 psi dmg, another trick was throwing the purple confuse proc into arctic air

to help with possible end issues i added a tier 4 cardiac incarnate ability

praetorians can still access that stuff, post level 20 there is nothing to differentiate a praetorian character except for their unique badge titles

what usually kills praetorian side for me is they are jailed to praetoria at lvl 1-20, whereas primal characters have very few travel restrictions
