Powers
You're got to be missing some very useful powers in your primary, secondary and in the epic pools if you think you're done taking powers in your early 30s.
They want to find a way to get us a few more slots, but because of balance we will probably never be able to take slots instead of powers. That will make it way too easy to 6 slot too many powers and enhance that much more.
Yes, there will be some powers that you skip or you don't need and don't usually use. But rarely have I found a build that I can't find some occasional utility from nearly every power. If you're struggling finding a power you want in your primary and secondary, I suggest looking at a few of the powerpools. Here are some of my favorite 'filler' powers
Combat Jumping - Adds defense, air control, takes VERY little endurance, can take a LoTG+Recharge. I have this on almost every build
Hasten - Faster Recharge...always good
Hover - Vertical Movement...helpful at times
Stealth - More defense. This and slot a stealth proc in a sprint power and you've got a mostly invisible toon. Great for stealthing missions occasionally.
Leadership Pool - Helps you and team-mates.
it depends on my build whether i need mule powers or not some of my toons builds have several mule powers which i rarely use
on the other hand some of my builds are tight and almost all my power picks are necessity

I smell noob juice.
The development team and this community deserved better than this from NC Soft. Best wishes on your search.
Depends greatly on my powersets. Some builds it's a stretch to find a useful power, others I'm just hoping to cram them all in.
As for using all my powers, again it depends. On a (non-Devices) blaster, doubtful. Too many attacks for me to use, or slot, well. On a tanker, I use almost everything because thankfully they don't have a ton of click powers for the most part, which is one of the biggest reasons I love melee characters.
As for Epic pools, there's not much there that really gets me excited.
Noob juice, almost 5 years in. For me it's more about building a concept/character. I have a sonic/elec blaster where a lot of powers don't get used. Lvl 50, incarnate slotted and so on.
I have a 50 tank, incarnate slotted, where he does use most if not all of his powers. Just a question, that's all.
Noob juice, did you look at my start date, lol.
I find it depends a lot on the exact character. There are definitely some builds where the Epic power pools just don't feel very epic at all, or there aren't any that fit my concept. I've also had builds where I would LOVE to have one to three MORE power picks to cram in everything I want.
Posters above me in the thread have pretty much answered the "what to do about it" question, though - take Epics, take pools, and take set mules. Also, you can take situational powers that only get used once in a blue moon and only use the default slot. Some of these can save your *** that one time it gets used.

Personally i have difficulty finding room for all the powers i want on most alts, but i do tend to dip into the pools a fair bit. While most all of my characters are built around concepts that in no way keeps me from finding useful powers that work with the concept. On the other hand i have had a couple alts that sometimes run low on desired power pick in the twenties, but that goes away by the mid thirties. Especially since PPPs and APPs are accessible sooner now. i almost never take powers and then don't use them outside of the first Fighting Pool pick.
Incidentally, what do you have against the humble question mark? i've noticed that you never use a question mark when asking questions. Did one bite you as a child, and ever since you've had a morbid fear of them?
Dr. Todt's theme.
i make stuff...
Hmmm, I will keep an eye on the ? thing. This isn't the first time it has been pointed out, lol.
I guess sometimes I get caught up thinking superheroes and how their powers may grow in strength over time, and some develop new powers, but for the most part what you see is what you get. Now having said that, this is a game, and that mechanic wouldn't work so well because we need rewards for levelling and gaining experience for our heroes. The system works as it stands, just commenting because I find on some characters I don't really use a lot of the powers.

I find that most melee toons have the right amount of powers, because they have a lot of inherent defensive powers or set-and-forget defensive toggles that I don't need to concern myself with in combat.
Non-melee can wind up with more powers than I can easily use in battle. Some powers wind up in awkward places on my power tray. (I tend to activate all my powers using buttons 1-6 or so and shift-1 to 6).

I find as I go up in level, usually early 30's, I am done taking powers.........but I have too. How many of you don't even use some of your powers? I know I don't, especially in a group dynamic, which is what I do mostly. Run a lot of TFs and part of a static group.
Just a thought, should there be an option to turn power selection off, and instead take more enhancement slots. Problem I see there is balance. Problem I see there is that probably most people wouldn't like this.
Thoughts?
