Umbra Beast Not Accepting Fear Sets?

if it says they are supposed to accept them then i would just submit a bug report on the issue then

If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

I was just kidding, the enhancement being so cheap. And yeah, I did submit a bug report. Was wondering if it's a "just me" thing, or if others have been experiencing this as well?
i've been getting a bug where enhancements, regardless of type, won't slot into powers sometimes. dropping them back onto the bar then picking them up to place them again, seems to fix it.
For some strange reason, there are no pet IO's available on the market today. Hahaha! So my dom., tried to slot a Nightmare IO into my wolf pet to get a bit more accuracy, and I couldn't do so - the power remains dark when I click on the fear set IO. Only Fearsome Stare lit up when I clicked the IO. Though my Haunt power doesn't need IO's, it also remains dark when I click on the fear set IO. Both Umbra Beast and Haunt descriptions "say" they accept fear sets.
Didn't see this in the known issues, or any other bug report, so apologies if this has been noted 8 billion times somewhere else.
