How does Panacea compare to Numina/Miracle?

Speaking of the unique/procs, in terms of end recovery. Searched for the answer, but seems that my search-fu is not that great

Thanks!

It doesnt add to recovery, it gives a chance to give you some endurance every ten seconds when in a passive.

I also believe it gives you less than the perform shift proc. So there you go.

Perf shifter: 20% chance to restore 10% end. (It says 10 endurance, rather than 10%, but the actual text when it triggers implies 10%.)

Panacea: 20% chance to restore 7.5% endurance; 20% chance for a 0.67 scale heal.

So if you shove that into heal and run perf and all three heals, thats not so bad.

the only reason i would use panacea is because it functions uniquely inside powers such as spirit tree and triage beacon

the miracle and numi will not work in those powers because it only affects the pseudo pet, however the panacea will actually be able to proc heals and end on anyone in the field of effect

Say, how does the Panacea unique function in an AoE heal like Healing Aura? Does it only affect the caster, or everyone hit by the heal? For some reason, it never occurred to me to try this out.

As necro pointed out, it only affects others when used in triage beacon or spirit tree; summons that heal the party, basically. In an aura, it just procs on you.

What about powers such as instant healing, reconstruction, and dull pain?? Would it be better with numinas/miracle or panacea stuff?? Cause the set bonuses I was mainly looking at are the HP stuff and num and miracle have higher set bonuses with adding more to HP than panacea. But panacea is more for PvP which I understand that part but I don't really PvP.

The Numinia/miracle procs are better then the Pancrea proc in health/normal healing powers.

If you have a standard healing power like dull pain/healing aura that you are slotting for heal/recharge then the full Pancrea set minus the proc has some better set bonus then Doctored wounds.

I would really only slot the Pancrea proc if you had extra slots to use in a auto heal/heath power or maybe say on a regen with lots of room for healing IO's.

Thanks for this, I was considering swapping the numina for panacea on my dark/dark controller (slotted in Health), but guess I can save the money

Actually, if you read carefully, he didn't say that.
And I have heard from other sources that, in a power like Healing Aura, it affects the 'targets' - i.e. everyone you are healing. I have not tested it, but I do have one lying around so I guess I should copy to Test and see for myself.

Ditto here too then. I have 4 numinas (forgot which ones exactly) and 2 miracles (forgot those too off the top of my head) slotted in insta. Heal, reconst, and dull pain,

Ok, heres a question. What about in the time heal over time? Will it proc multiple times while you get healed?

It works in AoE heals just fine. My Demon/Pain can often see 3+ additional ticks of heal with all of her pets clumped around her. I also believe that it is granting those pets endurance as well.

Does a Panacea in Twilight Grasp have a chance to proc on everyone healed?

i think that it would just have 1 chance of heal when the power was activated since heal ticks are essentially the inverse of dmg over time and powers like gloom which are entirely DoT only have 1 chance to proc on activation

Chrono shift MIGHT check multiple times-- it should be tested. The HoT on the tier 9 heal spans 30 seconds, at which point it would likely check once upon casting and once again at 10, 20, and 30 seconds, ie intervals of 10 seconds just like Rain powers and toggles.
