most are 50's the rest are in the 40's
EM/WP I found to be tougher leveling than my others I am afraid /WP is not a very good stalker secondary works great on brutes just not stalkers still the fact she is 46 I was stillableto lvl fairly easy and quick between taking advantage of teams when I could the invent of the AE and lots of paper missions set to relentless.
also recommend from 35 up jumping on ITF's they are good exp

OK pretty sure this has been covered,
AE will not give you credit toward the damage badge.
I amfortunate to be a such a CoV geek I have 3 accounts I have thermals on my 2 main accounts I also have a friend wit 2 accounts and a thermal as well
basically we get a paper mish in grandville
the level of one of the lvl 50 thermals
we lk the person needing the damage badge pick a mob drop into rest and let them wail on that toon till they get the badge usually 1 night and 1 day will cover it the thermal just auto heals from a distance with cauterise
I did this just a few nights ago on my new stoney for BiB and it is still working as I was able to get the accolade the next day.
I hope one of the replies help you to overcome whatever is causing you not to get damage. -
I was getting nukes on my stone/stone brute when a /kin decided just to mess with me kept hitting me with -speed I was moving so slow it was like watching the baywatch intro in slow slow mo
he wasn't trying to kill me just laughing as I tried to get to him and couldn't -
well to those who have had to endure my tirade's I would have to say yes, I am scot/irish/scorpio/texas girl full of fire, I IRL am a 1st degree black belt and have competed in state regional and world tournaments and I would say I am as agressive and driven in game as out not a l337ist but I do like to push the bar, I have tried soloing the RSF/fail lol
I have duo'd the ITF and solo'd crystal keeper and binder of beasts
in PvP the professional competitor comes out I am a duelist not into FFA pvp I do to the above mentioned traits however sometimes get caught up in someones PvP rant
so yes pretty much me in game as out -
warning off topic but this made me think all these people complaining about pling and talking about how they leveled their 1st 50's back in the day... lol the cap was 40

I agreethe fastest way from 1 to 50 is to play your toon with xp turned on, 1 to 6 in mercy then head to port oak paper mish till mayhem pick up contacts finish arcs there is a cool unlockable contact in po you shouldn't miss its a ghost arc and worth running IMO, then to cap lots to do here including your 1st strike force and pvp zone lots of fun arcs to run here too many fun items to be had jet packs weapons....
then on to shark just keeps getting better from here on out...
if you play them 50 will come -
Ok my fondest noob moment was almost one of my most embarrassing in game moments I was talking to my girlfriend and although nothing overly risque definately not the kind of chat I would share with everyone and then I realized I was chatting in coalition chat yes I was new to sg's and coalitions all of a sudden I was seeing a clamering of replies thankfully they were good humpred about the whole thing

CoV was my first MMO puchase so I was a noob to this game and online gaming in general. It was a learning experience for sure and my most memorable newb moment came during the first week or so of my activation.
I had just created a new brute and joined my first ever team after staring at the team invite for a few minutes trying to decide if I wanted to subject my teammates to be noobness.
I joined up and said "hello!" Got a few responses and saw everyone enter the mission. I followed along and once I zoned I decided to make conversation. After about 3-4 lines of comments, someone finally said,
Dude, are you new or something?
Clouded: Ya, is my fly open?
lolwut? no, but talking in global chat rather than team chat is a dead giveaway

Well I have always been a duelist not a FFA PvP'r and though Ihave had to changes my choice for pvp toons here and there to adapt I still enjoy a good duel or arena match. hopefully they will finally find a level playing field although I am not sure I have the ammount of sunshine left in me that GG has

There are actually quite some players who are not too fond of AE farming at all. The difficulty is finding them, though, between all the agricultural devotees.

do you ever worry that too much change will alter the experience so much that those that joined due to its original base design will no longer find the attraction?
I have liked most additions love the ITF, not a fan of the RWZ but its just personal preference Ido not slam people for doing what they find fun.
there are some features missing from AE I would have liked that would have made the making of custome story arcs more complete like being able to add simple cut scenes with custom dialog but all in all it was a nice thought.
I am dying to get my hands on the color customization but almost dreading rogue a lot of that dread is the unknown and that feeling of pre release dread has come and gone many times
at this point I still love CoV hate CoH (personal Experiences)
so we will wait and see -
how is it decided who gets invites is it random or select?

Im not sure I will enjoy the blaze mastery in PvP I could probably deal with it better if perhaps the mighty devs could find it in their hearts to un nerf my em primary toons so that even though I will not last long in their fire DoT I can hit hard and fast like I used to to make it fair.

The only thing I can think of is that they can't reorder a powerset that has already "gone live". If they swapped the powers then after I16 went live you'd have LR turn into Energize slotted like LR or some variation thereof.
To be honest I'd be more than happy to burn a respec when I16 hits. I'd have to do one anyways because I want to see if Energize make a real difference in the set performance. My current Fire/Electric brute needed a lot of specialization in order to be competent against anything other than Energy damage. -

DAoC ruined pvp for any other game and WoW's broken pvp system and development put the nail in the coffin. I don't pvp.

Please tell me you are kidding. I regularly buy hydraulic pistons in large quantities on redside as I use them in mass producing Recharge Reduction IOs. I never, ever, pay more than 1,111 for each one. I see them regularly sell for 500 or less. I pay more, because the time is worth it to me.
If you are seeing 1M sales for hydraulic pistons--point and laugh, and put a bid in for 500. If that was you...that was a decision you made yourself, and you can't blame anyone else. -

you can play AE's and even FARM AE's that are legitimate maps with legitimate mobs that still have to be fought to complete.
if you find yourself on a magic team making 3x normal exp and the guy is bragging about how he is not even having to put his shields up because they can't or don't fight back I would suggest exiting the team because thats an exploit
however if your on a team with nice but evenly keeled exp and your there for a good time while someone maybe yourself is fighting mobs to get the exp your safe and should enjoy your leveling clear of concious <-- that word may be mispelled Im a villain and spelling was not a prereq... -

I can understand the cool factor in a whip set, but frankly i dont see potential for it. As far as chains go, i would much rather see either a dark control set, or a totally new but cooler option like a true water set. Not ice water. As far as an assualt set goes, now that they have said the blasters are getting dual pistols, i would like to see a hybrid of like dual pistols and Super strenght attacks made into a natural assualt set.
I guess there are just so many things i would rather see then whips and chains in the game that even the prospect of it being true is really underwhelming. -

AE Babies are not new.
I ran into them in issues 4, 6, and 8. People raised on Freak farms who have no travel powers and don't even know what enhacments are. Now you just have a cute little name for them but they always exisited.
And GASP their still content players.
I spent the weekend leveling several villians from 2-11 and each time got a MISSION team in minutes.
And red side is the lower population side...
Hell months ago i ran into a guy on my Synapse TF who didnt even know about DOS, he was lvl 20 and still using TOS. I droped a few thousands on him and pointed him to eugenics
