How does one go about reporting a reputation comment that is out of line?

I have one that has foul language and while I may have deserved the negative rep, I don't deserve to be forced to deal with foul language.

Please add about 10 more spaces to type in a battle cry. I have some ideas that I only need a few extra spaces to type the full battle cry I really want on some toons.

I find a little prayer helps as well:

Going off memory of other posts I have read, I believe it was around this time that if you had a single account of only City of Heroes or City of Villains, you were given access to the other side automatically. Before that, you either had to buy both games or the Good Vs. Evil Edition to have access to both games.

Thanks, everyone. It was part of the post about Positron saying that they'd be crazy to make an announcement before the weekend and I was making a joke that they were going to announce hamster wheel travel power.

I can understand if someone is on dialup and access the forum that it would take a long time to load, but considering you need to have an active game account to play and if they are playing the game on dialup, all I can say is God Bless Them, cause I could not imagine trying to play on dialup.

Ok, color me confused. After searching as best I can, I am not finding any guidelines stating that animated images are not allowed on the forums.

I received negative reputation for posting an animated image that is hosted at my personal Photobucket account, so I don't understand.

The message on the negative message reads: "Animated forum spam graphics."

Could I get a little guidance here please? I don't have any problems on other forums I post at that allow images to be placed in the post.

This is my first experience with a GPU. Since I am using an older computer, I went with an older card so I wouldn't overwhelm my PSU. I added EVGA FX 5200. When I go to the EVGA and nVidia websites, I have downloaded the most current driver listed for the card itself.

My COH logon screen says I am using an older driver and I should update the driver.

Seeing threads like this one where the driver is not matched to any specific series of cards, is it possible to load this driver (or perhaps one a little older and more stable, since some of these drivers aren't always stable yet) for my older card or should I just leave well enough alone?

I am so convinced that issue 16 will go live on 9/1, that I took that whole week off from work to play the game...so much to do....so much to do!

Maybe nothing, but then again, you never know. Just interesting about the two events.

Closing down the Issue 15 Open Beta forums

I like the Day Job feature.

What I've taken to doing is play through an entire contact's missions and then park the toon and move on to another toon. If I am doing the radio/paper missions, I play the missions and the bank job and get my next contact and then park the toon.

Once every 22 days, I do what I like to call, "The Day Job Shuffle". That's where I shift all my toons to new Day Job locations.

About the only thing I noticed was on one attack, I missed 5 times in a row. It had be jumping up and down, but then I started hitting again. Very weird.

Granted, I was grasping at hopeful straws, but, as others have said, it will be unlikely that an announcement of I16 going live or go live date being announced.

They were probably planning on making an announcement, but got trumped by Blizzcon with the announcement of WOW: Cataclysm and decided to hold off until the buzz from that dies down.

So, appended list:

1: Issue 16 open beta announced.
2: Another Issue 16 feature that we haven't heard about yet.
3: Going Rogue feature that we haven't heard about yet.

Since no one else has mentioned it (that I saw), I am gonna bite the bullet with two possible options.

1. He will announce that I16 is going live on Monday (hence the announced downtime).

2. He will announce open beta on I16.
2b. He will announce the 'Go Live' date of I16.

Are you in a supergroup?
Does it have a medical bay?
If yes to both of these questions, you have this as an option until (and if) a hospital is added to Striga.

When you are defeated, go to base instead of hospital. When you use main entrance/exit of base (not base teleporter), you will be sent back to the zone you left. You arrive in the same location that you would appear in if you used a base teleporter.

If you aren't in a supergroup with a medical bay, why not? Aside from crafting rooms and teleporters, the medical bay is one of the best reasons to have a base.

You can store inspirations and stock up before going back to the battle as well.
