Note to OP, you would have been better off getting full edition of both the Mac Edition and Good Vs. Evil Edition. They cost $20.00 and you get a month time on your account as well. The goodie packs are $10.00 each and your monthly sub is, perhaps, $15.00 per month, so you would have gotten a month for only $10.00 in each case.
You also may want to call for support, they would be of better help to you.
Ive tried to contact support about 5 times and have gotten no response whatsoever.
On a side note, according to my verification emails, youre not limited to one code a day, it seems..

Uhh, you're not wasting your money. You'll get them, but since the account stuff was under maintenance today, you might have to wait for support to sort it out. By the way, sending in multiple petitions for assistance will not help your issue.

I believe you can purchase multiple items as a single transaction. The people that usually run into this security feature are those who are trying to purchase items on multiple accounts in one day.

Of course, you lose the immediate gratification factor that way.
I thought when you bought the packs, the codes were automatically applied. For example, I purchased MAC and Cyborg, and next time I logged in, my account was automatically updated. I didn't have to apply any codes.
I am Having the same problem. I only bought the Magic and Mac special edition booster packages though. I sent them an e-mail earlier today, still waiting on a reply. I don't suppose anyone else has heard anything yet??
Same here! I bought the City of Heroes® Mac Special Edition In-Game Item Pack 2 days ago, and I still don't have my stuff. What's going on here?
Your accounts are bugged, just contact support and they'll get it cleared up for you.
Same problem here!!! I brought the superboster 3 and sucesfully applied the code but the items are not showing in-game! I contacted support but have got no reply so far!
I bought two and applied them and same thing happened here where they didn't appear. Hopefully, they'll show up after maintenance this morning.
For what it's worth, this seems to either not affect everyone or perhaps only affect codes through the online store. I received my GvE box yesterday and entered the code (and received the appropriate Pocket D VIP badge in game) without any problem.
Today I bought the following from the NCsoft Store site.
City of Heroes® Super Booster II: Magic
City of Heroes® Super Booster III: Superscience
City of Heroes® Mac Special Edition In-Game Item Pack
City of Heroes® Good Versus Evil Edition In-Game Item Pack
I've applied all the codes to my CoH account successfully, got all the verification emails, logged in and out of the game over 20 times over the course of over 6 hours, etc. And NONE of the additional items/powers/etc are available to me from these packs. Contacted Customer support, sent a bug report, etc, etc..
So far I've gotten no answer at all, from anyone. And I still haven't received access to any of the things I've payed for. So basically my question is... Did NCSoft just rip me off, or what's the deal?
