  1. --Keep in mind, only the first 5 set bonuses (of the same percentage) will count.

    so right now you have seven 12% regen's...(2 of those wont do anything)
    and ten 10% regen's (5 won't count)

    btw, Luck of the Gambler/7.5% recharge is different from the 7.5% recharge you get from set bonuses (so a build could conceivably have ten 7.5% recharges)


    --I wouldn't even use the Panacea's unless you have a set of 5.

    --You might be underestimating the power of Tohit debuffs, seems like the T1 or T9 DM attack would be better than Boxing.

  2. the data links seem to be broken on the first two.

    idk much about dom's, but I noticed you don't have inherent fitness yet.

    If yer slotting a GladJav%toxic on your blaster..might as well put a second GladJav for the range boost.

    So far I haven't found any Alpha slot better than Cardiac..

    anyways, I mainly wanted to tell you about the brokey link.
  3. You're gonna want some perception (Tactics or Focused Accuracy), more KB protection (between 31~41), and some ranged attacks and/or something to ground your target.

    Any melee (especially a BS) in pvp might only land 2 attacks before your target is out of range, its nice to follow up with a few ranged attacks or some sort of hold/immob so that you can close again.

    number one thing you'll prolly need is SS.

    I would want SS, SJ, and Tactics by lvl 35 (for SC).

    I guess purple and pvp IO's exemp down to any lvl..and HO's apparently do also. so that'll be nice.

    you wont need Weave, Manuevers, or Burn in SC so i'd take those powers after 35.

    looks like you have 6 kb protection..might want to get that a lil higher.

    none of this really matters if no one's ever in SC

  10. tried to do a lil min/maxin'.

    was able to drop a set of Kin Combats (still at 45.1)

    basically I lowered your def and resist's by a few percent in order to get more acc (from 18% to 45%) and a lil more rech (+12.5%) and better slotting on Whirling Hands, ET, and TF.

    and I dropped Conserve Energy.

  11. Stamina deserves more than one slot.

    It's not worth slotting auto powers like Grounded (a resist IO gives 1.8% resist). I would just slap a Steadfast Res/Def3% in it and call it good.

    It would be nice if you had more HP.

    If it were me, I'd not even use Stone Fist or Power Surge

  13. only played for a few weeks eeh.. i tried to make the cheapest possible build

    The Devastations and Trap of the Hunters will be expensive to craft.

    If you wanna save money, buy lvl 39~45ish recipe's instead of lvl 50 (its not a huge % difference)
    also the salvage requirements of recipe's changes depending on the lvl.

    example: any recipe at lvl 40~50 will require different salvage for the same recipe at lvl 25~39.

    btw, in some cases the crafted IO is cheaper than the recipe+slavage+crafting cost

    best ways to get tohit is Tactics and a Kismet: 6% (which is labeled Acc..but its actually ToHit)

    --I would drop all the Pacing Turtles

    --You should try to get your HP close to 1600.

    --You might choose one type of defense to focus on. Ranged defense maybe?

    hmm, I'm playin with mids..Mental Manip is meant for up close..SM/leth defense seems your best bet (even if you prefer to stay outta melee).

    this build is way over the hp cap if you have your hp accolades

    I used to slot for regen, but it really is a waste especially when your HP is hovering around 1000.

  22. I tried to reconstruct what you currently have (not sure about your slotting)

    I put some common sets that increase your HP.

    The base knockback in your attacks should be enough to KB most mobs, really no need to slot more KB unless you're goin for set bonuses.

    The defense in Hover is like 3% while slotted (not worth it)

    It'd be nice if you had 2 forms of stealth (stealth IO + SS or Concealment). but even just one type of stealth would be useful in say Hover or Sprint.

    A range or two in your heals is helpful.

  23. --OG doesn't seem very useful on a Dark Miasma. You have so many excellent powers at range (DN, HT, TP, TT, NF, FS, DP) <--7 area powers


    --personally i don't care for snipes, plus your team will be invincible (no need to pull)

    make use of Dark Watchers (2~4 of um) and Touch of the Nictus (3~4)

    don't forget to sprinkle in a few Lysosomes.


    To be honest, a dark/dark could pick powers at random and still be uber...so good.
