Need Dark/Psi Build help/tips

My Dark/Psi Fender is so much fun to play, all the control and safe debuffing is great on teams and solo. But im aproaching the end game with it (lvl 41 right now) and need help with my final build. I can use mids, but im no IO master, which is why i came here :)

Can anyone throw together a build for me thatll be good for every and anything PvE?
Price doesnt matter, itll be something to work towards. So go crazy :D

it's hard to give you advice if you don't let us know more about what your playstyle or goals are. or you could just create your own build as a starting point for critique. this is a link to the build I just drew up for myself. it's a work in progress, but it could serve as a starting point or alternate perspective for you

in regards to the build posted by Hindenburg: unless you don't plan on solo'ing, I would not take TK Blast nor Will Domination that late. those are both powers that you need to pick up as soon as they become available. alongside Subdue, they are your bread and butter attacks. Darkest Night should also be picked up much earlier. I understand the logic for PvP, but I'm not a fan of dual travel powers. and it should be noted that Dark/Psi defenders are not good in PvP. I'll reserve commenting on the slotting, since I'm not all that awesome in that department either, with the exception of noting that I know the awesomeness of the bonuses on the purple sets, but slotting Subdue for immob is a waste

Thanks you very much for the build, The set bonuses are exactly what i need. End is a huge issue for dark/psi's (Psi tornado im talking to you -_-) so the recovery will help a lot. Im gonna go with Dark mastery though, for both concept and playstyle reasons. I play my Dark/Psi as a heavy debuffer/controller for the team, using my nuke every chance i get to stack stuns, -rech, and to add to the damage. It a nice starting build, and ill make some tweaks.

EDIT: The jumping pools there for acro and the SS is there for stacked stealth, just sayin :P
AND jusy noticed how little the recov bonus is XD with the recharge, dark consumption will be up enough anyways :P

or: slot a +stealth IO into sprint and stack with Shadow Fall for invis
