Kinetics proc question
The steadfast protection enhancements are not really 'procs' per say. They will benefit the caster, and you don't have to actually cast to get the bonus. They are bonus enhancements.
Well, I learned something, speed boost DOES take universal travel and yet siphon speed does not. It functions like increase density, it is a bonus to the player not the teammate or ally he buffs.

Put the Chance for Stun proc in your SB
Doesn't work anymore. Used to, got fixed. As for the BotZ or Steadfast IOs in SB/ID, they won't buff your target, they act as universal enhancements. Like putting a LotG 7.5 in one of the FF shields, the caster will have that recharge all the time, the person they buff won't get it.

I was working on rebuilding my Fire/Kin corr and was trying to figure out how procs in Increase Density and Speed Boost were applied.
I wanted to run the Steadfast Protection: Res/+3% Defense and the KB Resistance in ID and the Blessing of the Zephyr: KB Res in SB but I didn't know if the bonuses would be applied to me or my target.
