Mon and Fri are the normal days, Tues, Wed, Thurs are normally patch updates.
They do however shut down servers randomly for emergency fixes.
Random downtimes do suck for players, but are important if the bug could break your toon for instance. Scheduled downtimes are always announced on the forums. This time they announced it in the updater which is rare. -

I understand that there might have been a misunderstanding or whatever (either on the player side or dev-side), however, that's not what's bothering me.
What's bothering me is the threat I got from a dev, saying that he suggested me or my friends not do it again or face further disciplinary actions. Ok, do what again? Talk to each other in local chat about our upcoming sg event? Speaking in local chat entirely? Should I warn my entire sg NOT to speak in local chat about our server event that we'd like people to get involved with?? I'm trying to understand how advertising for a future event in local chat (what I assume is the reason I got silenced for mistakenly) can be risking a disciplinary action in the future? I can see how the devs (and people in the zone) could've made the mistake about our similar names.
I honestly don't see the issue of "having" to use local chat if its only your sg. Did you want it in local for attention? -
Infinity hasn't gone down, nor lock us out like abandoned pets. That's what makes this server so Sexy.

Your ban will more than likely be passed its 24 hour period and no Dev/GM will respond to your letters.
If you're talking to only your sgmates, keep the talk in the sg channel. There are several reason other than spam for getting silenced. It's possible the topic offended people and they put you on ignore.
Again it's only 24 hours, don't sweat it. -
I don't like having to use my game information to log onto the forums. Keeping my login and password different would be prefered. When attempting to change my forum password I was taken to my NC account page.

Debuffs remain the same.
I believe you're confusing the recharge change to pets. Necro MMs like myself and others were using the ToHit Debuff IO sets on pets like our Lich. Because it gave our pets recharge which we could not get from slotting pet damage or common IOs.
The recharge portion of the sets no longer affect my lich. But his tohit debuff remains the same. -

I find no problems, 99% of my redside toons have superspeed. You can always buy a jetpack for the times when up is your only option.

Oh, I don't really have problems with it. It's just that in certain areas it's nearly impossible to take a straight line anywhere without being able to get over buildings.
It's more that it's inconvenient and annoying, rather than unfeasible. As I mentioned above, my (eventual) crab spider will probably be getting SS as it's travel power. I dislike SS redside, but I HATE teleport, any side.

Indeed although most villains side pre-jetpack can plainly state w/o knowing a zone like Grandville. Anything but fly can be a pain to use while traveling around. The introduction of the jetpacks were a real nice QoL for both sides in general. -

Endurance shouldn't be an issue on a DM/SR. I run tough/weave on my EM/SR w/o severe endurance problems and I"ve got no recovery powers.
I would say run it, softcapped or not, things can still hit you. It will help a lot for those cascade failures. Believe me cascade def failures will happen even if you're softcapped. -

Back when wing recipes first came out, i got a drop, then servers crashed. I couldn't prove I had it so support never gave it back. Messed up thing was it was tech wings and they were worth quite a bit at first.
It don't hurt to petition it, but don't expect anything. If you don't get it back just take it as a loss and move on. -

I'd drop the resist bonus and slot that into something else like GW as Jay said. I'd also remove the soulbound considering the bruisers animations make the proc useless.
If you want bonus damage slot Explosive Strike: Chance for Smashing Damage. You will get a lot more out of the damage proc then the buildup proc IMO.
Mind you if you slotted like this, you'll be a lot happier with your Bruiser.

mid day on a sat. should be easy, just spam the channels and you'll get bites. RWZ raids are among the easiest things to lead.
Just know your tower numbers and have your order. Doesn't matter which direction you go, people will hit the towers you call. Most are experienced enough to know what to do when the shields are down.
Just speak up and keep the group together, good luck. -
Loved my sonic/traps, got him shelved till traps is rebalanced. Great synergy, lots of -res.

Rad blast can fit so many procs, scourge doesn't matter. Procs do not get a scourge bonus, but can still fire when the power itself does scourge. So no real loss

I'm aware, but since a bind that edits itself isn't possible. You will spend time changing the bind in turn which would be the same as renaming your pets.
I mean think of what you would do in a real game play environment. AV one shots your tier one pets, resummon, rename, AV one shots them again.
You're gonna end up hurting your team on SFs when you spend time renaming each and every pet.
I see the RP value of what you want, I just don't see the realistic application of it w/o hurting a team.
Edit: Just to be clear, there is no way to change the pets names w/o editing something. Whether it be bind or macro, you will have to edit something. Which will all take time. -
