Yeah, it happens all the time. I once cashed in merits and was thrilled to get a level 33 LotG +RC. About 3 minutes later, mapserved to a time before I cashed in. Worse part, I got a Pacing of the Turtle instead

I would petition it. Support can see the logs of what dropped and what not. They can go back and fix it. This happened to a friend of mine as well and he petitioned it, and eventually got his purp.
Back when wing recipes first came out, i got a drop, then servers crashed. I couldn't prove I had it so support never gave it back. Messed up thing was it was tech wings and they were worth quite a bit at first.
It don't hurt to petition it, but don't expect anything. If you don't get it back just take it as a loss and move on.
We had just finished a respec trial and *gurgle*hicup* things rolled back an hour.
That was no fun :P
36 level 50's in various servers...haven't been here in a while. It's now over 50
I've been mapserved before, but usually when I log back in I still have whatever rewards I gained beforehand. just a few minutes ago, a few minutes after getting an unbreakable constraint among a few other IO drops, I got mapserved, and when I logged back in, I had no recipes at all.
Does this happen regularly? Is there anything I could have done about it? For instance, if I had quickly exited the game before getting kicked out, would that have affected anything?
I guess there's nothing to be done about it, but considering how infrequently we get purple drops, this was pretty annoying.
