No that $15 gets you 1200 Paragon Points assuming you are paying in US dollars - its the token that is a bonus.

In this case it wouldn't be an issue with copyright as you cannot copyright a person's name. It could fall into the are of trademarks however - in that case for it to be a violation they would need to show that the usage of the name was such that it could be reasonable identifiable with the trademark holder. If it is sufficiently different there is no trademark violation. One of the best known examples of this are the two Apple companies where the Apple of Steve Jobs fame failed to prove that Apple Records infringed their trademark due to the different area of business.

Another more topical case was the Mayor of Batman (Yes - it is a real place) suing Marvel over their use of the city's name. I doubt that got far either but no doubt it was good publicity for the city.

Of course the real problem here is that defending a case is expensive and time consuming so the EULA imposes a more stringent set of rules so that such a case does not get made in the first place even if the courts would ultimately rule in NCSoft's favour.

At least its not as bad as the wait time for an Arena match - I got a shock once to find the popup message of one starting - three weeks after queueing! Fortunately I had just completed the mish I was on.

As far as the Double Feature is concerned though - every one I have done has been via the LFG option - generally its been between about 1 and 10 minutes wait on Union. I wouldn't rely on it for the other trials though but with it being based on a team of 4 its manageable.

  5. Also check ALL the screens for that server. I seem to recall cases where some of the middle screens contained no characters but they were showing up on a later one.

I think he's saying he's playing at +4 difficulty settings. - Good luck with that.

However its good to see he isn't giving up on the game.
  8. If you are standing close to a wall the camera position is constrained to remain on your side of it - this can mean that if you are very close to it it can appear to be first person - once you move further from the wall you should be able to zoom further out.

However it looks as if you are also suffering from your floor height being set incorrectly so that you are actually standing below the floor. Its rare but does occasionally happen - generally the solution is the \stuck command which should relocate you to a valid location in the same zone, that will sometimes be a move of a couple of feet but other times it will place you back at the entry location for the zone. - this will usually work.
Relogging won't help with this but zoning should as should a tp power.

So, in Ramiel's arc (which needs a second-pass in the writing department since the Death of Statesplates, because certain characters keep referring to him as though he were alive), the final clue is a letter from "the letter writer", who intones that you may already be working with him.

Well, we find out in the DA arcs that the letter writer is the Midnight Doctor... but you can't access the DA arcs until you've unlocked the incarnate system, right? So how is this possible? Or is it theoretically possible to do the DA arcs and THEN do Ramiel's mission?

Either way, the arc needs a second pass for these things =)
Bear in mind the zone is all about time travel.
Tomorrow can be in the past and yesterday the future.

If you want a Fly power that doesn't disable other powers there is nothing to stop you taking Fly.
If you find you cannot spare the power slot then there are plenty of Temp Fly/Jump powers available.
If this did not disable other powers why would anyone take Fly?

I have a few toggle heavy characters and still use this to travel between mishes - it takes all of 10 seconds to retoggle when I get to the mish door - Really NOT an issue.

Not sure why this is the case, and it does seem slightly counter-intuitive, but I suspect it is in part a relic from the older difficult system.
It could be that at +5 the mob level is above the max level for that enemy group in which case they wouldn't spawn.

There are also some mishes where mobs spawn at set levels - generally they will be grey though except where you shouldn't be able to reach them. This could skew the results.
(The lvl 50 LB in the Zig breakout can be reached and attacked and will attack if you get over the fence with a pretty obvious conclusion, however getting there is a bug).

Other mishes scale up as you progress - Atta being one example - the level range on that is about 5 levels iirc.

I think Tankers have already laid claim to Tuesday.

And GG hair can already be set free - just pick one of the bald styles - it will happily go through the animation of jumping off your head and scampering away before anyone can see it. *ducks*
  14. Try again after maintenance is over The market server may be down.

However even if it is I would consider that sort of error message being displayed in the client a bug. Much better would be to grey out the button

Well it should run - just not very well. tbh Support for Intel's graphics has been poor for a few years.
It may be worth trying running the game maximised so it isn't trying to render multiple windows.

Why did I only get roughly 30 points for seven days?

Before you ask: yes I was parked in the building and my character is of proper alignment (currently a Rogue).

Other details: I was on vacation with no access to the game for most of the time period the character was offline...and as far as I know there's no difference in progress between 'completley offline' and 'playing another character offline'.

No I haven't /bugged yet, but I'm about to. Just posting to see if anyone else has noticed this.

You didn't log out still in Strike Force mode by any chance - I seen to recall a problem with that messing up day job progress some time ago - thought it had been fixed since though.
A server reset would be another possibility.

You haven't disabled the built in "Network" account by any chance?

  20. Did wonder what happened if you hit them - I just ran through the clear path through them. I guess that's what the Hacker is doing.
Click on the vent when you reach it.
  21. Know what type of trial is being run - normal, badge run, MO.
PAY ATTENTION to the league leaders instructions.

Thats probably the two main ones

    but also

Join it. - i.e. Hit the green button
    No going AFK without warning.
Participate - no running off to pose for cut scenes.

No badge credit there though - if that's important to the OP

Also iirc TUNNEL to Imperial City is an option and use the one there.

Its the next person to log on irrespective of rank that gets the superleader position.

I think the 3rd generation I7s can still only support 32Gb if you want higher than that you will be looking at Xeons or multiprocessor MBs.

    others are lower

    e.g. for an I7 860 its 16Gb

I know the easy answer is one that doesn't kill you, however, I figured someone by this point has calculated what one deals the most DPS within the limits of keeping you alive.
Your AT will have a big impact on which is most useful but I've generally used single CoT guides at +2 on squishies. A MM might need it even level, a tank would probably benifit from 2 guides or something else that hits harder.
