Unable to access Paragon Market

Everytime I try to access the Paragon Market from in-game, the browser window for the market returns a "500 INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR /web-store/ncsf/app/shop.jsp tomcat73.mof.playspan.net" error message. The "Support" and "My Account" buttons on the browser still function, I just can't access the store.

I don't use a custom hosts file, and tried renaming the hosts file but no luck. I've also tried the Repair option in the NCsoft launcher.

Has anyone else gotten an error like this? And if so, how do I fix it?

An MMO closure is definitely not a joke, and I have no intention of making light of it. And it can be a tough and emotional thing for players to go through, speaking from personal experience. And I know that it's often much harder on the developers than on the publisher. However, I also know that it doesn't necessarily turn you into a sad, depressed sack of tears for the rest of your life. People can move past it, and heal.

An MMO closure is definitely not a joke, and I have no intention of making light of it. And it can be a tough and emotional thing for players to go through, speaking from personal experience. And I know that it's often much harder on the developers than on the publisher. However, I also know that it doesn't necessarily turn you into a sad, depressed sack of tears for the rest of your life. People can move past it, and heal.

However even if it is I would consider that sort of error message being displayed in the client a bug. Much better would be to grey out the button

Hello.

I just experienced this problem myself. I tried two characters on different servers. One with basic I/O's equipped and one with Sets.

For both characters, the line item to select Recipes is missing. Also, half of the categories for Enhancements are missing. I cannot sell, view, or buy anything in those areas.

Additionally, when I click on a crafting table in the University, it just says "All". If I try to expand the list, there isn't any. The recipes I have in my inventory also are missing. So, I cannot buy or craft anything at all.

I had no problems at 8:00am Central time today. My system hasn't changed, and there were no updates to the game files. The only changes was to the listed items in the Paragon Market.

Any ideas anyone?

If you have exited to the desktop and relaunched the game and it hasn't fixed the problem.

Reboot the computer and relaunch the game.

If it hasn't fixed the problem the next step is to run a Repair from the Launcher.

Sounds like you may have some corruption.

If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

It's been a few days and I still can't access the Paragon Market. I'm getting the same error message every time I try to access the store:

"500 INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR We've just encountered an error. Sigh. Please try again and let us know if you continue to face technical difficulties. /web-store/ncsf/app/shop.jsp tomcat76.mof.playspan.net"

Is there anything I can do to fix this?
