45% to all positional def is what all /sr scrappers need

In addition to the Wed & Sat regular Hami raids we are attempting to start a Monday night hami raid [Blueside] here. We will start @7:30 est in the Hive. Lvl 45+ 53 merits generally 1.5 hours. All are welcome if you are new to the raids please read the Hami raid guide [ http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showf...=0#Post8372045 ].

I'd be willing to give this a go. I do alot of STF's and have the masters badge on 3 toons so I know the drill. Plus 3 scrappers to shoose from.

I believe there was a 'pet nerf' way back so at least noe there are only 3 imp and not 3 spawns of 3 [9].

I can find a STF almost everyday, the MoSTF's are run on Sat be at the boat in IP at 6:45 eastern[?] usually we have at least 2 teams going

my FF bubbler has held the healer, my MC troller has confused the healer, and bubbles on the towers on the STF is a fairly standard practice

your also missing eagles Claw from your build which does superior damage, might be worth it to put it into your build

so no point in going beyond 45% except for debuff padding or PvP

Is there any point of going beyond the softcap? At 45% even level minions have a 5% to hit chance which always led me to belileve that higher than 45 would help with everything higher than a even level minion. However someone has informed me that they rely and the acc multiplier rather than the + to hit negating being above softcap.
Is this true? If so is there any real point to elude which in my /sr current build boost def to 110%. Thx for helping me understand this better -

Playing tf's not farming, farminf wold invole doing the same one over and over and probably with toons built for them, not pugs. I was completeing most of those for the acco's but I still probably do 2 a day

Not many pugs there, many of us have done the TF many times and have the badge. there were 4 on my team last night that i've teamed with before
