How do you complement a well played Trick Arrow Defender? I don't want to hear "nice heals" anymore. What does one say?
Good arrows?

Other then the obvious choices of "Good Job" or "Nice Work" I'd say "Nice Shooting" or, if I was having one of those moments...
"Way to Bow"
just my soggy two cents on the matter

My favorite is "Nice tricks".

I don't have a lot of experience with Trick Arrow, but off the top of my head, I would say that a good AoE Scrapper would probably pair up pretty well with TA, maybe a Spine/Dark or Spine/Fire. It might be a little rough before SOs, but that can be said for other Defender primaries.
As a bonus, if you do play well, that Scrapper may compliment you by saying something like "Nice debuffs!"
Couldn't help myself.
Bye, everybody!

heh ...nice catch
That's some fine gluin' there, Lou.
Usually I say "thanks for the debuffs."
When I'm playing my trick arrow toon and someone says something like that, if it's a blaster or a scrapper I usually say, "thanks for dealing damage." Tankers get a, "thanks for taking aggro"... etc.

When someone scores well in darts in the North of England, we say "Good arrows!"
So yeah, right first time.
I've gotten everything from "Nice shootin' Tex" to inquiries as to who the other TA is, when I'm the only one on the team.
Too many alts to list.

So far my MA/SS scrapper is proving to be a good complement to his TA/A counterpart.
I team with the Repeat Offenders.
Personally, I like complementing a well played Trick Arrow with a well played team. Well played Trick arrow can only be made better by putting it on a well played team.
If you mean compliment, then I generally say "gj" or "I lurvs teh deboofs", but, then again, I try my damnedest not get invite Empaths at all when I can.

You don't.
Nice debuffage.
You shouldn't say "nice heals" to anybody. Ever. Even empaths, since if that's all they're doing, you should kick them. :-)
But in answer to your question, I say, "Thanks for bringing the Rain."
I amend my last statement. "Nice heals" is good to say to a tank, who heals himself for more than you will ever be able to heal him for, possibly Absorb Pain notwithstanding. :-)
"Way to give them the shaft!"
Whoa, great shooting Tex!

Not all empaths are bad and not all of them just sit and heal. On a decent team that TAs shine, I'm only buffing and attacking.
Anyhow, I tend to say "Great work with the Arrows," but then again, I only tend to notice when me and the TA start to have synergy together. Nothing like two defenders working together for on goal, make everyone gods.
From a Storm person to a TA person, we all need to get together and have some anti-Kinetics/Empathy/Radiation Emission party. Invite all your Sonic, FF, Cold, Dark, and other Storm/TA buddies. It'd be great! We'd get through it and wonder why Kinetics, Empathy, or Radiation Emission is even needed!

Same thing you'd say to any other competent player. "Good job". "Well done". "Great work".
Or just invite the player on your next team. Being remembered is as much a compliment as anything you could say.

I agree. When I'm the only defender/controller on a team though... hearing "Great heals" makes me a sad panda. Then again when my warshade is the only defender/controller on a team and is told "Great heals" it also makes me sad... Granted that character does actually heal.... himself.
