I'd suggest joining VirtueBadges09, Virtue LFG Alpha, and Virtue TF. Though I don't usually see many STF's being run. Could be wrong though.
Synergyblast: 50 Energy/Electric Blaster (Virtue)
Arbiter Bailey: 50 Bane (Virtue)
Mr. Bailey: 50 Merc/Dark MM (Virtue)
I can find a STF almost everyday, the MoSTF's are run on Sat be at the boat in IP at 6:45 eastern[?] usually we have at least 2 teams going
