Quote:I guess that's why they added Radio missions in like I19 or I20?I avoid Praetoria because the enemies are less hard than they are annoying. Just a sloggy experience. Low level CoT are technically harder but are easier to avoid.
I'm not sure whether it is the Praetorian content itself though, or just the fact that for people who prefer to team, 3 different gates on starting zones split the player base again and most people flocked back to Atlas ASAP for the easier teaming. The complete lack of radio missions in Praetoria also sealed the deal on which zones would be most ideal for forming and maintaining a team. -
I use window scale as without it I can't see my power trays/chat tab easily (23" Monitor). I'd like it if the mouse pointer re sized with my window scale.
Oh, and a separate Sound FX setting for glowie/interface SFX would nice.
(This is largely a suggestion for the devs. Thanks Ruff.) -

You click "Get out of here" and they disappear entirely. If you just run away without ending the conversation you aren't getting ANYONE out.

Quote:I think Weave requires 2 power picks though - so you'll still have to take one of the two powers.Taking away City Traveller where you can pick your travel power at level 6. Don't care personally, but that seems to be the only reward taken away from vet rewards if most pool powers open up at level 4. Don't need to get a useless attack power like kick or boxing to get Tough and Weave.
It seems like paragon rewards is giving more than vet rewards every gave and more frequently.
Tactics at 4 sounds nice though. -
Double click the Incarnate button to bring up the list.

I got all 12 out, beat the boss, and ran out of time escorting the character out, but I got the badge.

Well, it would probably require crafting on a level 10 (or as low as you can) so that the cost would be smaller. Or just cap the costs at level 30, and refund 250M to everyone who has the portable workbench unlocked.

Woo. Finally read all 6 pages (546 responses) - a few thoughts:
- Regarding Respecs: Couldn't they just keep them in the Veteran Reward tab like they have already?
- 84 Month Veteran Reward now requires 2 Tokens to obtain (Colored titles and /auctionhouse). This is in contrast with the 12 Month Veteran Reward, which gives both the attack and the sprints.
- I don't like having to spend a token for GR Enhancements, considering I DID give something up to get them in the first place - I didn't get early access to Dual Pistols or Demon Summoning, nor did I get advanced beta access - and the EB Games where I pre-ordered took an additional week to get Going Rogue in, and ANOTHER week on top of that to get the pre-order bonus in!
And the GR bonus isn't the same as CoH or CoV - in both of those cases you could only apply one per account, meaning with the Vet Reward you got 3 new options. In this case, I gain nothing, and in fact have to pay for something I ALREADY sacrificed early access for. -

Wait, if that's the case why does it only show a global damage bonus? When I ran Lambda as a Bane I used surveillance on Marauder and checked his numbers (to see exactly what [Berzerker Rage] [sic] did), and whenever he was hit by Void Radial it showed his Damage bonus go from +115% to +65% (50% bonus at all times, 65% from [Berzerker Rage], -50% from Void Radial). If it's resistible like you say, why don't we get an entire tab like Defense and Resistance?

Quote:My Black Dwarf taunt power always seems to miss at least ONE target in PVE.More specifically, Taunt for Brutes and Tankers, Confront (and its renamed variations) for Scrappers, and the Taunt in Dwarf form for Kheldians are all auto-hit in PVE, but require a hit roll in PVP.
The two taunts found in the Presence Pool always require a hit roll, even in PVE. -
When my WS tries to use his TP powers in sewer missions I get the red reticule of doom every time a pipe blocks my view of the character (even If I can see the target clearly).

Yes, after Incarnates, Blasters are superfluous. It doesn't matter - hitting 3 mobs with my Judgement, then razing the survivors is just awesome.

Radiation Assault could be done - Dominators don't NEED a matching primary (Blasters don't have matching secondaries for Radiation, Sonic, or Archery). Simply take tiers 1-7 from Radiation Blast and two of the melee attacks wielded by the Shivan enemies.

I like my KM Stalker since he has multiple options for hidden criticals - Concentrated Strike will recharge Build-Up, Burst has 100% Crit Rate from hide, and AS has the Kamehameha wind-up animation. It makes me feel like I'm playing a Scrapper with guaranteed critical when I want it.

Quote:Get all 4 Halloween salvage (from the Marketplace if necessary) and take it to the witch in Croatoa (just south of the Train Station), or Nerva (the place where the base portal spits you out - island just north of the respec arbiter).Ah, no. They can. The only costume slot that is locked is the first one (which basically reduces your number of available customizable costumes by 1 if you would be getting the last one, although I did hear or some way to access the last slot, I have not been able to personally).
On an Arachnos Soldier though, you can simply unlock slot 5 at 40 in St. Martial/Founder's Tailor. -
