I sometimes get the same thing when I click attack/defensive. I think it's a lag issue for me when I click it again it takes.

I totally agree about their fun level and I believe it is the /pain secondary. I tried both dark and pain and pain makes the pain go away.

I think the issue is /ta is built around keeping things at range but ds is a (mostly) melee set.

The only change lately in that area is foes will turn on toggles first before attacks now. Which foes are you talking about?

As long as you have hide on and the placate lasts long enough for you to get the next attack off you will crit.

I only bought gr for the demon set.

I have stealthed paper missions before with stalkers it seemed about the same time to lvl early levels. Later levels it became boring though and it is a pain to constantly see the broker to decline mayhems.

ds/pain is better and more entertaining. No need to micromanage them.

I've never liked stay. When I want my pets to stay near me I leave them in bg mode and charge in to the nearest foe. There is generally a delay before the pets attack so when they do they are formed up nicely behind me.

If you want something a little different go to villain side and try out demon and thug masterminds. Unlike other games these pets stay with you until dismissed (they even zone with you) and they are very entertaining and strong from lvl 12.
