This post is going to be a little different from my usual posts. I'm going to talk about annoying real life issues but it will be a little silly.

I have had minor health issues for decades which I won't go into but this week I decided to try not drinking 2 liters of soft drink and 4 cups of coffee a day. I have tried this before but it never went well however after some research I found out that you have to replace these (so called) fluids with water. So every time I started to feel a bit off I had some. The first day was bad but since then the results have been spectacular, I can't believe how well I've been sleeping, I am also motivated and full of energy and can concentrate. I'm also communicating much more effectively at work. I believe that from this weekend on I will have a large amount of energy and drive that I can devote to long term projects.



Sigh.

The fact that it kept me playing for years and also encouraged me to straighten up and take things seriously (try to anyway ) shows how much of a positive influence this game had on people.
