They consistently either misspeak in interviews, or the writers write it wrong, so never take anything at face value until you can see it with your own eyes.

OK. You have several mistakes that are your problems.
Copy *JUST* the updater to the desktop. That is CohUpdater.exe *ONLY*
Run it FROM THE DESKTOP. Not from the City folder. From the desktop. This will solve the "not enough space/permissions" error. You're trying to update the same updater that you're running, thus blocking yourself.
When it asks you where to install, tell it C:\GAMES\, *NOT* C:\GAMES\CITY OF HEROES\. If you tell it to install to C:\Games\City of Heroes\, it will end up installing to C:\Games\City of Heroes\City of Heroes\, because you told it to install the game into the wrong folder. -

Quote:I dunno, Paragon City and the Rogue Isles is one world, and there's 29 Hero Zones, and 10 Villain Zones, and 7 PVP or Cooperative Zones.... how much will their second expansion cost if it only offers ... one world? How many zones can that world hold?
(Granted, 1 of the Hero and 1 of the Villain zones is the Midnighter Club, which only contains one or two story arcs and one badge; also, 1 of the Coop zones is Pocket D which only occasionally has content available; plus the starter Hero zone and the starter Villain zone, but characters don't have consistent access to that zone)
Of course, Praetoria won't have 45 or so zones, but I wouldn't be surprised if there were four, maybe even five or six. I also wouldn't be surprised if there were only two or three, but instead had more contacts per zone, or more story per contact, instead of spreading them out (like CoV). -
Take a look in your C:\Game\ folder. What CoH-related folders are listed there other than C:\Game\CoH\?

If I finished an all-scrapper one successfully, an all-corruptor one would practically be a piece of cake in comparison. UGH! Didn't help that 5/8 were claws/X, which made it hard since lethal is highly resisted and defended against in that TF.

It's still too big. *adblock*

No level requirements on Hazard Zones except PvP and Hami. -

One of these days, I'm expecting a patch note to say "nerfed accuracy". Then a zero-size patch the next day with patch notes that say, "fixed accuracy."
Because they never actually nerf accuracy. -

Of course they are, but you get the same exact problems so many times that I'm sure a large number of them just prefer to hit a button that answers the question, rather than typing (at however fast/slow their wpm is) the whole thing out again and again.
If you go outside an easily-scripted question, you'll get a real response. If you say "I have a dude stuck in a wall," they'll most likely hit the "dude stuck in a wall response" button and start working on unsticking the dude. -
Getting close to the due date - Aug 26 at midnight! We've only had one entry!

Real level.

There were 15 developers for Cryptic at the end. Recent comments by devs have said over 50 developers (which includes production type of stuff like Ghost Falcon and Mini Falcon, I mean Red Skeleton).
Yeah, that's more than triple, not double. -

Any reason? That's one of the ones that functions no matter how low you exemplar vs the level of the IO, as long as you have access to the power it's slotted in.
