I mean it does sound like... no it clearly says that all Epic Power Pools are getting a new powerset and all existing sets get a 5th power. Does that sound right? 5 new pools for heroes and 5 new powers? Villains get 1 new possible power in the Brute/VEAT PPP?
I guess being able to color out Psi blast for Corrs green makes up for it...wait we dont get Psi Blast for Corrs...darn

Usually "Epic Power Pools" is a broad term that can apply to villains as well. But in this instance, I'm not sure. Are villains getting a new patron? Are they getting a non-patron pool? Or does Epic really mean "non-patron" and villains aren't getting anything? In a lot of cases, heroes already have more epic pools than villains, who have a constant 4. I'm interested in knowing what this means.

Patron = Villain
Epic = Both
The only new Epic Set is Blaze Mastery for Scrappers. Most Epics will receive one new power, making it so most have 5 powers to choose, as several already have.
I am getting yelled at because I posted this elsewhere and was called a whiner... like I care what my monitor tells me LOL.
I thought that epic would mean both... and I am hoping that we do get some redside epic expansions... I know heroes havent had their APP's touched in forever and the Idea of blueside getting 5 new pools and a new power is a slap in the face.
right now the other thread is considering this a miswording or a misprint...I am hoping it is.
Red side already got their 5th power. We got a new power to most of the PPP's with the exception of brutes that share a pool with VEATS... thats where I see the space for growth...
Ghost Widow would have an EPP for Night Widows and Fortunatas while Mako and Black Scorpion would get the Banes and Crabs.
In addition to that the brutes would get their additional 5th power.
