Account problems

I bought a EU code for science booster and the code couldnt be applied because i apparently dont have any accounts.

I cant transfer a toon over to another server Since payments get refused even though i havent had any problems before and theres money in the account.

Don´t want to post a petition since i really don´t want to deal with a week of getting c&p replies before having to explain the problem 5 different times to various gm´s that cant read the tickets previously posted.

What should i do?
