Yes I noticed the color sucked once I hit enter.. especially on the villain rust background. Shall have to work on that image. I *thought* it was smaller.. but will check it.

You can change your post editor options in your Forum Control Panel under Edit Options (at the very bottom) so that you can have more advanced editing tools.

You can disable the display of yours. It's in Edit Options.

Personally I like seeing what people come up with, sure some are eye melting but some are really good and its much more interesting to look at then just plain text. But thats my 2 cents.
Personally I haven't seen anything regarding image files being a risk since like 2006 and that was only with Windows XP Sp1. But again never had a problem.
Now video files, thats a whole nother story.

I redid it - hopefully it does not cause issues going forward. Question tho - if an 'image violates the size restrictions' how can it be loaded in the first place?

Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 600 by 120 pixels or 146.5 KB (whichever is smaller).
For whatever reason, they have not -restricted- it to that, however your image is still too large, being 452 by 387.

One can only disable signatures and not merely disable images in signatures. Please tell me I am wrong and show me how I can correct that if I am mistaken. I want to see images in posts, text in signatures, and no images in signatures.
You are not incorrect. You can only disable either signatures or all images, not just images in signatures.. I went with the "disable signatures" option...
I enjoy seeing pictures in signatures. It has kicked the forums into gear. It's too bad it was added in so late in it's career. I would have enjoyed to have this much earlier.
